Stephanie Teague Events is an event planning boutique specializing in artful weddings and occasions. We design and coordinate fabulous events from Wine Country to Sacramento to Lake Tahoe and everywhere in between. We are young, stylish, artistic, fun and creative - and love to infuse that energy into every event we do! We approach wedding coordination with a fresh perspective and our affection for love stories, families, celebrations and details creatively inspire us and are the reason why we love what we do!

Stephanie Teague, owner and lead planner, has loved weddings ever since she was a little girl. Since then she has always believed in true love and that when its found, it should be celebrated! While planning her own wedding, Stephanie realized her passion for weddings went a bit deeper than the average person. She enjoys every aspect of the planning process: the overwhelming tasks of negotiating, scheduling, budgeting, and organizing. Her favorite part of each event is the few hours of beautiful, organized chaos that ensue the day of the event, as all the pieces come together to complete her vision and the client's dream.
Following her dream to turn her passion into a business, she earned her wedding planner certification from the Wedding Planning Institute (WPI) in the spring of 2011. She also completed the Preston Bailey Wedding Design course through WPI making her a certified wedding designer as well. She currently lives in Davis, CA with her husband Kelly and her daughter Liliana.

Stephanie is a true professional and an expert at what she does. Her recommendations and advice made decision making so easy, and she never failed to give me good perspective and relieve stress whenever we spoke. Stephanie is simply the best!!

From our first meeting she had so much great advice, asked us things we hadn't even thought about, and helped us get our organization to the next level. She was so responsive to every email and text, advised us on vendors, answered many random questions, and when we got to be a few weeks out from the wedding, fully took over coordinating the venue and all the vendors.
The biggest gift you can give yourself on your wedding day (especially if you're already spending a good chunk of change) is to take the load of logistics and coordination off your shoulders so you can stay in the moment and enjoy the day. Stephanie took everything over seamlessly, did things I had forgotten to ask her to do, picked up details that I hadn't even had time to explain, and executed everything flawlessly. She took everything off our shoulders so we could be fully present and enjoy the day with family and friends, without worrying about the tiny details.
If you're on the fence about whether or not to hire a coordinator, do yourself a favor and HIRE STEPHANIE! She is the best of the best.

My daughter's wedding day could have easily not gone well due to the heavy rain storms going through..
Since there was no PlanB for cover/roof at the venue, Stephanie worked very long days and nights on the phone with me as late as midnight entire week before, getting all the changes in place, tenting and timeline changes while still managing to keep my daughter calm. Stephanie, as the rain came harder only worked harder to make sure the details of the cake table, guest tables, sweetheart tables, etc., were done exactly to the original vision of the bride and groom.
I cant thank her enough for making it all happen!

Stephanie works great under pressure! She made sure everything went off without a hitch even when other vendors were disappearing when problems arose she made sure to take care of the problem and finish up all the details on time and with a smile on her face! Can't wait to work with her again and know she'd take care of all the details without a bride and groom even knowing how much she'd doing for them!
