We were introduced to Jessica through a mutual friend and we are so happy we partnered with Jessica and her team for our wedding at the Dallas Arboretum.

Jessica coordinated all of our wedding day details with ease and grace and made sure my husband and I were not stressed out throughout the process. She has an infectiously positive attitude that made the months-long planning process stress-free.

I tasked her with curating me a short list of several vendors (including make up/hair, florist and videographer) and she came back with vetted professionals and explanations as to why they would be a great fit. I went with all of her recommendations and they did not disappoint.
On our wedding day, she went above and beyond in every aspect. Our ceremony got rained out, and while drenched to the bone, she calmly shepherded our entire wedding party and guests to shelter while working to get a Plan B in place. In the end, her recommendation to wait for the rain to end was the best decision... we had the perfect wedding day!

What can I say! Jessica is soooo good at her job. She is so kind and fun and will make you so excited for your big day! She is organized and responds super quick. Her and her husband set up the wedding so fast and exactly as I pictured and better. If you are getting married she is the best planner that you NEED!

Jessica was absolutely incredible in helping plan and oversee my special day. From the moment she took over as our coordinator we automatically clicked and she is beyond personable. She has such an attention to detail and was really able to ask all the right questions and capture absolutely everything I envisioned for my wedding day. She was constantly on top of everything making sure all vendors and everyone else were all on the same page especially with some of the challenges my venue faced. She is constantly communicating and so organized I truly felt very little stress leading up to my wedding! Throughout the whole day she was always smiling making sure I was happy the entire day and throughout the reception. If you are looking for a planner and need someone you can trust, do not even hesitate to choose Jessica. She will go above and beyond making sure you have the best day ever!!!

I have put off writing a review for months now because I simply cannot find the words to do Stairway Events/Jessica justice. She was the BEST decision we made throughout our wedding planning process. I thought I was the "chill bride," but as things came up, I quickly realized I was very particular and had specific requests. Not only was Jessica, the most flexible planner, but my ideas were also always met with a loving smile and encouraging note! She was our most prominent advocate, and she always jumped in and offered to have uncomfortable conversations with other vendors or simply do anything I felt overwhelmed by! Jessica was also our biggest cheerleader. My husband and I felt incredibly loved and celebrated by her throughout the wedding planning process, especially on our wedding day. If I could give anyone advice about picking vendors, it would be to select vendors you feel comfortable with. They play the most significant part in your day, and Jessica truly made our wedding day seamless. She allowed me to go crazy and decorate anything I wanted in the morning and then flawlessly picked up the pieces. One of the highlights of our day, and what I think speaks volumes about how organized yet flexible Jessica is, was near the end of the night, when I was having the time of my life on the dance floor and had no desire to cut the cake. Yet, she knew my husband really wanted to, so she kindly came back several times and checked in with me while I was dancing to see if I was ready. She knew exactly how to roll with the punches and let us run the day when we wanted to while also ensuring our desires for the day were met. Finally, she's just an awesome person! I felt so comfortable texting or calling her whenever I needed something, BOTH my husband and I wanted to be best friends with her because she was so genuine and kind! Nothing was too big of an ask or request to Jessica. I would recommend Jessica over and over again. I have complete confidence in her planning ANY type of wedding, and I know by the end of the process, you'll want to be her best friend!

PS: Just an hour before my wedding, I was craving chicken nuggets, and of course, sweet Jessica got her husband to leave and get me McDonald's! She didn't even hesitate to make that happen. You simply could not ask for a better wedding planner.
