We used Springhill Suites in Elmhurst for our hotel room block. Amanda was amazing! So friendly, so responsive, just incredible! She was very willing to work with us on shuttle schedules which was one of the reasons we chose Springhill Suites. Some of the other hotels in the area were much less flexible on the availability of their shuttle and the number of trips allowed. Amanda went above and beyond to keep us updated on how many rooms were left in our block. She allowed us to use part of the banquet room for hair and makeup prep which was so great and so much fun! We were very happy that we chose Springhill Suites!

This is the hotel we reserved a block of rooms in for our out of town guests. They got us a great room rate and even drove one of my guests (who was from out of the country) to Walgreens for some items she had forgotten! Great, friendly service, clean rooms and excellent HOT free breakfast every morning!

I would definitely recommend Springhill Suites if you're looking for a block. We got a free room and our shuttle service included because of how many rooms we had filled. They were willing to be flexible with the times they picked our guests up too, which was great because we extended our time longer than originally planned.

We used springhill as our hotel for the out of town guests. Amanda was wonderful to work with. We did have an issue on our wedding day though. The shuttle was late so ripple were running late to our wedding. When they were supposed to be picking the guests up at the end of the night, the driver went to the wrong hotel. The shuttle was now 45 minutes late. My guests were not happy. They did end up giving credit back, which was helpful. The hotel was wonderful to stay at, just the shuttle was a pain. I don't think that driver is there anymore. Amanda and Kathleen were very helpful!
