I had the wedding of my dreams at South Gate Center! The venue was beautiful and the view from the reception hall was stunning. The kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially the manager was exceptional.

We rented South Gate Center for our April 2016 wedding venue and reception. It is a beautiful location and included tables and chairs being set up. It is right on a lake perfect for photos. And we enjoyed the indoor air conditioned facility to eat, drink, and dance comfortably rain or shine. We paid a $350 deposit and then made payments on the rest and got the deposit back afterwords since we cleaned everything up. It is beautiful, affordable and Dan was so helpful and experienced with ideas of how to set up the tables and what would look nice. Our wedding day was perfect and we would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great venue but on a budget.

Dan was so helpful and accomodating to our needs! We will definitely be using the center for our future parties!!

This venue is absolutely amazing! I had my rehearsal dinner here and in the evening it was nice and cool out, the sunset on the creek was beautiful and the building with all the windows is spectacular. The person in charge was very down to earth and pleasant to deal with. We had plenty of control of how the tables and chairs were put and our names were even on the marquis out front. So cool to see that! I recommend this venue to everyone I can with upcoming weddings, birthdays or family get together's.

I honestly thought it was going to be a nightmare picking a venue but I was wrong I fell in love with the space as soon as I saw it and Dan was more than helpful and flexible with everything that me and him arranged I love it in can't stress enough how much this place is so wonderful

Just what we were looking for.

Dan was great to work with. I wasn't sure on how to set the room as to where the tables should be along with the bar and DJ, he immediately got out a diagram of the room and started penciling in for me. He was very flexible as to the time I could come in a set up. My 60th birthday ended up being such a fantastic party and I am still getting comments from guest that it was the best party they had ever been to.

Dan at Southgate was amazing to work with. He was very flexible and allowed us to do our wedding reception the way we wanted, "despite what our planner wanted". Thank you Dan and Southgate! I highly recommend you.
