My wife (Rachel) and I heartily recommend SoundWaves Event Group enough for any future wedding endeavors. Jim and Stacy were an absolute delight to work with, and the services they provided exceeded even our very high, micromanaging expectations. We were beyond thrilled with how our special day played out, and SoundWaves Event Group played an immense part in making our wedding evening an absolute blast.

We were very particular about what songs we wished to include for cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance portion of the evening, and Jim worked very closely with us to ensure that we could pick all our songs and sequence them in a particular order for all three portions of the evening. Not all deejays are willing to do that, but Jim was more than happy to accommodate our requests. More importantly, Jim adapted very quickly when highway construction delayed our arrival at the hotel for the reception. He kept us organized and on schedule for introductions, and even with an abridged playlist for the dance portion of the evening, Jim knew exactly what songs to play on our list to keep the dance floor full and fun throughout the evening. He honored every must-play request and used his expertise to sequence them perfectly. Best of all, he played Van Morrison’s “Into The Mystic” late in the evening and asked all our family and friends to surround us on the dance floor with their flashlights shining on their phones as Rachel and I danced to one of our most cherished songs, alone on the dance floor. We were blown away with Jim’s creativity and absolute commitment to making that moment so special for us.

Jim and Stacy’s impeccable professionalism, kindness, and commitment to answering any questions we had in a prompt and attentive manner went above and beyond anything we could ask for. The SoundWaves Event Group online portal is very easy to navigate and helped keep us organized during hectic wedding planning. Finally, Jim and Stacy’s pricing schedule is an absolute bargain for the fantastic services they provided to us throughout the process and would surely provide anybody else with future weddings or events requiring deejay services.

Rachel and I have a very large family and many friends, and we will always recommend SoundWaves Event Group for that special day. We cannot thank Jim and Stacy enough for helping to make our wedding day so spectacular.

My husband and I cannot rave enough about DJ Jacob and the entire Soundwaves team. Jacob was the best of both worlds. He was extremely organized, attentive, and made sure that our entire wedding ran smoothly. He also brought all of our guests to the dance floor and kept them there all nights. Since our wedding a week ago, we have had countless guests complementing how packed our dance floor was and asking for the name of our DJ for their own weddings. We wish that we could do it again!

Soundwaves and our DJ, Jacob (& Ian), were incredible to work with. Communication and their online portal were seamless, everyone was friendly and helpful, and most importantly the vibes and music were incredible for our wedding!! People were complimenting DJ Jacob for days. We loved the energy they brought, the way they mixed songs and captured our music taste/requests perfectly, the way they engaged with the whole room of people, and kept everyone on the dancefloor all night long. 100/10 would recommend. Additionally- the photobooth was SUCH a huge hit

DJ Caleb was a 10000/10. He is the best DJ I have ever been around. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish!! I highly highly highly recommend Soundwaves and DJ Caleb. He IS the BEST in the business!!! All of our family and friends were raving about how good he was. He is so easy to talk to and absolutely killed it. My wife and I couldn’t be more happy. He made our dream day so perfect on the dance floor! He also had the best transitions between songs. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!!! Thank you Caleb!

DJ Jack at Soundwaves was truly incredible from start to finish!!! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the whole day and our dance floor was packed all night long!!!

Caleb was a fantastic Dj. He made sure all our preferences were met, and made sure our dance floor was busy all night. I would absolutely use sound waves again. They were attentive to detail, and made the night flawless.

DJ Jacob with Soundwaves made our wedding a blast! We had such a great time. We also booked the photo booth through Soundwavese and it was such a hit, we still have people talking about how much fun it was!

We absolutely loved working with Stacy, Jim, and the entire Soundwaves Event Group. Our wedding was a success because of their help with keeping the timeline going all through the day (from the timing of ceremony music to our special dances at the reception) as well as just setting the mood right for our big day with good dancing song choices. I danced the whole night away with my family and would absolutely recommend working with them again! We got many compliments from our guests about Soundwaves and how great their selection was, not to mention that we were an LGBT couple and felt completely comfortable with them too! 10/10 recommend.

Our DJ was excellent at communicating with us along every step of the wedding! He would ask us before making any changes to the plan and always was checking in to see how we were doing and if we wanted anything differently. He was great at not making himself the center of attention but highlighting the events of the day and the people of the day. Very professional and amazing at doing transitions between songs. He read the room very well and knew when to keep the pace quicker with music and what crowd pleasers to play. He also was very honoring of our requests to not play explicit or inappropriate songs. My husband and I definitely believe this was worth the cost and would highly recommend this company for any wedding!!
