Caleb with Soundwaves was our DJ for our wedding in May at the Sheraton Station Square. He was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations! He followed everything we requested and had the dance floor packed all night! The entire process with Soundwaves was very easy as well, and they helped with everything along the way. We also booked the photo booth through them and our guests loved it!

Jake Ely was a great Dj and did a great job making sure the night ran smoothly! He was very easy to contact and adjust timelines with throughout the planning process.

Our dance floor was packed all night, and everyone said they had a great time! We couldn't have asked for more with DJ Chris and his assistant DJ Bob. They were very communicative and Chris even went up to the bar to grab my now husband and I drinks during dinner. Very glad we chose Soundwaves for our wedding.

Ryan, our Photo Booth attendant, was outstanding. He gave clear instructions to guests, helped everyone navigate the photo and video message features, and did a great job managing the guest book throughout the night. His friendly and helpful attitude made the Photo Booth a huge hit with our guests.

We would recommend using Soundwaves for your wedding! The online portal was easy to navigate and all communication was great! DJ Jack was an awesome DJ and his assistant, Noah, was great too! DJ Trevin (and Paul) worked at my wedding and I was so beyond blown away with them. We had the BEST DAY of my life thanks to the energy and professionalism they brought. DJ Trevin kept people on the dance floor having a blast the entire night; it got to the point that the lights turned on at 11PM signaling the end of the wedding, and I could hear the groans from everyone as they were having such an amazing time. I recommend this company and the combination of DJ Trevin with Paul to ANY Pittsburgh bride!

Jim and Stacy were an absolute delight to work with, and the services they provided exceeded even our very high, micromanaging expectations. We were beyond thrilled with how our special day played out, and SoundWaves Event Group played an immense part in making our wedding evening an absolute blast.

We were very particular about what songs we wished to include for cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance portion of the evening, and Jim worked very closely with us to ensure that we could pick all our songs and sequence them in a particular order for all three portions of the evening. Not all deejays are willing to do that, but Jim was more than happy to accommodate our requests. More importantly, Jim adapted very quickly when highway construction delayed our arrival at the hotel for the reception. He kept us organized and on schedule for introductions, and even with an abridged playlist for the dance portion of the evening, Jim knew exactly what songs to play on our list to keep the dance floor full and fun throughout the evening. He honored every must-play request and used his expertise to sequence them perfectly. Best of all, he played Van Morrison’s “Into The Mystic” late in the evening and asked all our family and friends to surround us on the dance floor with their flashlights shining on their phones as Rachel and I danced to one of our most cherished songs, alone on the dance floor. We were blown away with Jim’s creativity and absolute commitment to making that moment so special for us.

Jim and Stacy’s impeccable professionalism, kindness, and commitment to answering any questions we had in a prompt and attentive manner went above and beyond anything we could ask for. The SoundWaves Event Group online portal is very easy to navigate and helped keep us organized during hectic wedding planning. Finally, Jim and Stacy’s pricing schedule is an absolute bargain for the fantastic services they provided to us throughout the process and would surely provide anybody else with future weddings or events requiring deejay services.
