Fabulous Wedding Dj! Absolutely recommend
We absolutely loved working with Stacy, Jim, and the entire Soundwaves Event Group. Our wedding was a success because of their help with keeping the timeline going all through the day (from the timing of ceremony music to our special dances at the reception) as well as just setting the mood right for our big day with good dancing song choices. I danced the whole night away with my family and would absolutely recommend working with them again! We got many compliments from our guests about Soundwaves and how great their selection was, not to mention that we were an LGBT couple and felt completely comfortable with them too! 10/10 recommend.

Amazing communication and quality!
Our DJ was excellent at communicating with us along every step of the wedding! He would ask us before making any changes to the plan and always was checking in to see how we were doing and if we wanted anything differently. He was great at not making himself the center of attention but highlighting the events of the day and the people of the day. Very professional and amazing at doing transitions between songs. He read the room very well and knew when to keep the pace quicker with music and what crowd pleasers to play. He also was very honoring of our requests to not play explicit or inappropriate songs. My husband and I definitely believe this was worth the cost and would highly recommend this company for any wedding!!

We had an amazing experience with SoundWaves Event Group, especially our DJs, Chris and Dakota!
From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our wedding and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly.
On the wedding day, Chris and Dakota absolutely exceeded our expectations. They kept everything running smoothly, made announcements clearly and professionally, and created an incredible atmosphere throughout the entire event. The music selection was perfect, and they did a fantastic job reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor full all night long. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much fun they had!
One of the things we appreciated most was how attentive and responsive they were. They made us feel completely at ease and allowed us to focus on enjoying our day, knowing that the entertainment was in great hands.

Loved this company!! They were very clear when I originally reached out regarding pricing and everything they have to offer and seemed very customizable. One thing I loved was their organization. Their website to keep track of all the songs I wanted or didn’t want, the remaining payment amount, the list of questions for the day of coordination, down to the countdown to our wedding. Everything was so EASY to navigate. The amount of detailed questions they ask to make sure every second of my special day was covered was amazing! When it came down to my wedding day, they made it one to never forget. DJ’s in my opinion basically run the show and that’s exactly what they did! The music was so clear and sounded beautiful walking down the aisle. When it came time to the reception, Jim was AMAZING at accepting minor changes to timing of everything. Was the nicest person ever. But the best part of it all was the dancing. The transitions, the in between song choices of my choosing and his own were so on point. I couldn’t count how many people complimented that I picked the best DJ. Jim and Freddy were so quick to take song requests too. If I could give them 100 stars I would. SOOO happy to have gone with them.

Things got a bit crazy when the horrible storm moved in and he had to do a fast tear down of his equipment until it stopped, but the second the rain stopped he was all in and getting everyone prepped to get right back into the game. We had an absolutely awesome experience! We worked with Chris and he was super friendly and accommodating! My ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all on the same property but not necessarily close to each other, but everything transitioned smoothly and went perfectly! Best night ever had the best dj ever
Jacob from Soundwaves was the absolute perfect choice for a DJ. He was so nice and so darn good at his job. He was on top of it from start to finish. We started the reception entrance 15 minutes early. He kept the pace of the evening extremely smooth and effortless. He constantly checked on my husband and I, even bringing us drinks at one point. To me, that is above and beyond the call of a DJ! He kept all of our guests and us entertained and on the dance floor all night. He played all of our favorites and remixed them into fun dance songs attempting to fit my hundreds of songs into a few hours of music. We had a full dance floor all night!!! Honestly, we couldn’t have had a better experience and truly recommend DJ Jacob and Soundwaves to anyone that is looking for a DJ. If you want a great dj, a full dance floor, and happy people from all ages—I highly recommend Jacob! Soundwaves also offers a great printed photo strip and memory book as an add on! Incredible dj!
I’m sure I’m not the first to say it, but working with SoundWaves was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. From my first communication with Stacy on the phone for booking, to our actual wedding day working with Jim as our DJ, everything was so seamless, easy and wonderful. Their system to select songs was super easy to use and they even took an idea I had for a special recording, and brought it to life. But for the most important information, Jim really outdid himself on our wedding night. He constantly checked in on my husband & I, even offering to grab us drinks at one point. I also shared my fear of an empty dance floor, as our family & friends aren’t huge dancers. WOW did he make me eat my words!!! The dance floor was PACKED from the first song to the last. I cannot get over the energy of the night. Everyone came up to me saying how awesome my DJ was and I was so honored to have him as part of our big night. The professionalism didn’t just stop after our wedding though! The day after both Stacy & Jim checked in on us to see how we felt about our night & their performance. So happy we chose Soundwaves!
We had a micro-wedding and during the planning we were on the fence about even hiring a DJ. I’m so glad we did and so happy we chose Soundwaves. After reaching out to a few different local DJ’s.. there was no question Soundwaves was the best option! Because we weren't having a huge huge wedding we didn’t want to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on the entertainment. They were able to give us a great deal that fit our budget! Communication was top notch leading up to the big day and the services provided were above and beyond what we expected. Even for the small amount of guests we had, Ian and Freddie really kept the party going and helped to make our wedding perfect!

We could not recommend SoundWaves enough!!! We had our wedding last weekend with DJ Caleb. He was so amazing! Kept the dance floor jam packed all night that we couldn’t get people off the dance floor.! He knew exactly what we wanted and kept the music flowing all night! We had so many amazing compliments from our guests! The photo booth was such a big hit as well and those are some of the best photos all night, highly recommend getting this too! Soundwaves was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with and made our wedding incredibly fun and truly unforgettable! I was recommended them by a friend who also had them at her wedding. They were extremely attentive throughout the planning process with reminder emails, an organized website/ portal with forms to fill out plus a section to add our favorite songs, and phone calls in the weeks/days leading up to our big day. Stacy was great with answering questions and following up with phone calls to ensure we felt comfortable and confident with the plan! Even during the wedding, I was so amazed how Jim would check in with us often, make sure we were happy and even offered to get us drinks from the bar during dinner if we needed it! He ensured everyone’s names were listed and pronounced correctly during grand entrances. And on top of that, the music was the PERFECT combination of oldies, newbies, and everything in between that kept 99% of our guests on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG! I am blown away by how amazing DJ Pat was at reading our dance floor and playing songs to keep the party going! We have gotten so many compliments about the flow of the evening and everyone seemed to have so much fun! We also purchased a Photo Booth to use during our reception and I would highly recommend adding it on to your package with them! Highly recommend Jacob and Soundwaves!
Jacob from Soundwaves absolutely crushed it as our wedding DJ! From start to finish, he kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. He did an amazing job reading the crowd and playing the perfect mix to keep everyone engaged and having a blast.
One thing that really stood out was his flexibility and professionalism. We made a very last-minute change to our grand entrance, and Jacob handled it seamlessly without missing a beat. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing we were in such good hands.
On top of that, the Photo Booth from Soundwaves was a huge hit with our guests! It added such a fun element to the night and gave everyone great memories to take home.

If I could give them 1000/5 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Soundwaves enough! They made our wedding a blast. All I wanted was to have fun at our wedding and have everyone on the dance floor and they delivered from the second dancing started to the very last song. I’ve been to at least 7 weddings where they were the DJ and they kept everyone on the dance floor the whole time. Not only are they great to work with and made the wedding process a breeze, but they also are so personable outside of your own event. Jim has recognized me and said hi to me every time I’d see him. Such an awesome business! I recommend them to all my friends and will be using them for any DJ needs in the future!

Jacob and Ian were the DJ’s for my February wedding and I cannot say enough incredible things about them. Our wedding venue actually recommended SoundWaves and said they did amazing work; and they did not disappoint! My husband and I had a prep meeting with Jacob to go over everything before the wedding. He was very nice, easy to talk to, and totally understood the vibes we were looking for at our wedding. Before the reception really began, Jacob and Ian went over final details with my husband and I before they did their thing. They did so good at all of the announcements and played the perfect music to fit the vibe of the evening. They also were so accommodating and grabbed my husband and I drinks whenever we were busy taking pictures. At the end of the evening, people literally chanted “one more song” because they DJ’s had everyone dancing and having a blast! I cannot recommend SoundWaves enough, but especially Jacob and Ian! Thank you guys so much for making our wedding reception so fun and memorable!

Soundwaves was an amazing company to work with and their staff go above and beyond! They had DJ'd a wedding for our friends a few years back, and we really loved the energy and mixing, so we reached out to them when our wedding planning started and booked. We specifically requested Jacob Cox as he was our friends DJ and we loved his mixing. Jacob was again amazing at our wedding and really was the master of timing and ran the event so smoothly. He often checked in with us during transitions and consistently kept us up to date with things happening. He is incredibly personal and dedicated to making your day go perfectly, and does small but meaningful things like getting us drinks at dinner. Planning was easy, the portal is straightforward. It was affordable for all we wanted and it was easy to communicate and get in touch with anyone there. Photobooth options are immense and fully customizable, which we really loved!

Professional wedding DJ with great service
Soundwaves’s did a fantastic job as our DJ at our wedding. They have a comprehensive planning website with forms to complete to make sure nothing is missed. They then take the time to review all the information with you and give you recommendations based on their past experience at weddings and are super responsive to text and emails. They played all the songs we requested for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. They were able to do a mix of classic songs for the 1st half of the reception and a club mix style for the 2nd half. This made everyone happy with older guest in the beginning and the dance floor staying packed with young folks later in the evening. They also coordinate all the events we wanted during the reception: garter, bouquet toss, money dance, and private last dance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding that is within reasonable budget.

Jacob really took the time to get to know our vibe and shared great suggestions that helped everything flow perfectly. We loved SoundWaves!
We are so glad we chose SoundWaves Event Group for our DJ services! Leading up to the wedding, Stacy was awesome on all of our calls. She was super friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing great advice. They provide an online database for you to input all of your song requests and day of information which made planning everything so easy! On our wedding day, we had Jacob and Freddy as our DJs and we can’t say enough great things about them! Jacob made me feel comfortable right away on our consultation call. Some of our music choices were from lesser known artists so I was worried we wouldn’t be able to use them but Jacob delivered! He played all of our requested songs - even ones that aren’t super mainstream and it was perfect. When our officiant forgot the last line of the ceremony (which was the cue to start the recessional music) Jacob jumped right in and started playing our music for us to walk out to. He also facilitated a last minute grand entrance for my second dress change that turned out perfectly. We were a little worried about keeping people dancing because of our small guest list, but Jacob and Freddy kept the dance floor packed all night long! All of our guests kept commenting on what an amazing job they were doing. We would highly recommend using SoundWaves Event Group - especially Jacob and Freddy!

Best DJ Ever!
Don't look any further- book SoundWaves for your event!! Myself, along with 2 other friends booked SoundWaves for their DJ. From start to finish they were amazing. They respond quick via email and text, they are flexible, and they really take what you want for your wedding day and bring it to life. They have an easy online system to keep track of your event, make payments, and submit song requests. Leading up to the wedding day, no matter what day or time I had a question, Jim & Stacy answered very quickly.
Now, the best part, the WEDDING! I was the bride, and I was on the dance floor ALL night. There honestly was never a good time to use the restroom, because EVERY song was a THAT good. Jim used our list and grew it into the best playlist/ mash up of songs. I had 4 guests reach out personally after the wedding to compliment the DJ. Our dance floor was full all night long & everyone was sad when the last song came. We even chanted "Encore" and Jim gave us one more! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ to fit the vibe of our wedding. If you want a full/ energized dance floor, this is your DJ!
We also rented the sparklers for our entrance & first dance and their digital photobooth.
The sparklers were such a fun add on, I couldn't imagine the day without them.
The photo booth was SO fun! I was nervous at first since it didn't print the film, but everyone loved sending them right to their phone for an easy social media upload. All of our guests used the photo booth & it gave them something to do if they didn't want to dance or needed a break to cool down from the dance floor. The BEST part for me, I got to see all of the guests' photos afterwards and truly got to see how much fun everyone had. Seeing photos of every guest made the day so meaningful. We really had all of our favorite people in one place.

Everyone on the dance floor! Smooth transitions! Very engaging! Highly recommend!
SWEG provided an online platform to help organize the wedding day events and submit your song requests. A week or so before our wedding we connected with Jim to review our online form and finalize our plan. Could immediately tell it would be a good fit! The dance floor was going all night! Guests of all ages were dancing! Sound Waves Event Group does a very good job of reading the room, bringing people to the dance floor, and mixing songs rather than playing full length songs (as we requested)!
Our DJ was a huge help for setting up the speeches, transitioning from cocktail to dinner to dance floor, keeping the guests engaged all night, and informing them to try our late night snacks and hit the photobooth.
Could not be happier with our experience! Several guests immediately asked for the DJ’s information. Highly recommend!!

SoundWaves Event Group is AMAZING!!! From the website to make it easy to add your wedding music with different categories such as must plays, dinner, ceremony, etc., being flexible with your payments, and more!!! We are DJ Chris and his assistant Dakota and they were awesome. Chris made the consultation easy and smooth, and made it easier for me not to worry. I stress easily and he kept telling me to enjoy everything and leave it all up to him and he was right! They were perfect and ALSO our friend ended up doing karaoke with the help of Chris and Dakota! They set it up quickly and our friend is amazing at singing, and his song choice really got people dancing!!! They were prompt about our private last dance, I just really do not have anything bad to say. I will definitely go to them if I need any entertainment services again! Halloween Wedding
My wife and I were unsure if we needed a DJ and waited until 2 weeks before our wedding to book. Soundwaves was SUPER responsive and accommodating with our last minute booking. Our DJ Caleb made us feel comfortable and heard with our wedding day concerns. He was flexible day of with our reception games and playlist (lots of Halloween requests!!) The Best Wedding DJ!!
SoundWaves Event group was incredible to work with for our wedding! Our DJ was Jacob - he was so professional and went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. Having as much time on the dancefloor with our guests was important to us and Jacob periodically checked in with us through the day to make sure that we were still on schedule to make sure that happened. SoundWaves is the best!
When booking vendors, we really cared about our DJ and the music that was played at our wedding. SoundWaves exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ! From the beginning, Stacy was extremely helpful and helped answer all of our questions. We were then paired with DJ Chris, and from the moment we spoke to him on the phone, we knew we were going to love him! He listened to all of our requests and made sure to ask the right questions to make sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. Him and Noah had the crowd on the dance floor all night long! I honestly couldn't recommend DJ Chris and SoundWaves enough! Their costs were also very reasonable and they were very professional to work with. Don't think twice, just book them!

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! From the very beginning, they were so thorough during our pre-wedding meeting and made sure every detail was perfect. Amazing experience with SoundWaves!
We booked SoundWaves for our wedding reception and they exceeded our expectations. They were extremely easy to work with in the planning phase and then absolutely killed it during the reception. Jim kept the dance floor vibrant all night and provided a great mix of classic dance favorites mixed with more contemporary hits. We also rented a digital Photo Booth from SoundWaves which was a big hit! We have dozens of pictures of our guests enjoying the Photo Booth and the reception in general as Jim’s helpers walked around the room with the digital Photo Booth camera to capture candid shots. Would recommend SoundWaves to anyone who wants a fun, unforgettable reception!

We can’t say enough good things about Sound Waves and DJ Jacob. We actually met Jacob at a wedding event and ending up booking Sound Waves as our wedding coordinator Sandi said how great he was. He worked with us closely leading up to our for song choices, timing of events and he made an announcement on the day of the wedding pre ceremony asking for our guests to be ‘unplugged’ which was what we wanted. He was able to get the dance floor up and moving all night.

Easy to work with and very professional
We used Soundwaves for our recent wedding and could not have been happier. From the very beginning they were easy to work with. Their communication and booking process was a simple amd quick process. Once booked, their online planning tool is easy to navigate and complete, but thorough as it covers every detail of your wedding day. They also make it easy to add additional services like uplighting, monogram, LED foam sticks, etc. which really add to the look and feel of your reception.
DJ Pat worked our wedding and did a fantastic job. The music was a very important detail for us throughout the entire day - from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, to dinner, to the reception. So it was key for us to feel comfortable with Pat and make sure he understood what we wanted. We met directly with Pat once, a few weeks before the wedding and then had one other brief conversation over text. This may seem concerning on the surface but actually speaks to Soundwaves and Pat's professionalism and experience. When you reach the last few weeks before your wedding and vendors, family, and other responsibilities are pulling you in a million different directions, you will appreciate how easy Soundwaves is to work with.
In the end, Pat nailed every detail of our wedding. Song cues were perfect throughout the ceremony and entrances, and he had people on the dance floor all night long. We would recommend Soundwaves and Pat to anyone looking for DJ services.

Caleb from Soundwaves was FANTASTIC!!
Caleb was our DJ from Soundwaves Event Group! He was the BEST! Communicated with us efficiently during the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure he had everything perfect for us! He did exactly what we asked and more! We gave him a list of a couple songs and asked him to just feel out the vibe of the people and he did exactly that. He kept the dance floor going all night long. Our Photographer had told us that he usually doesn’t stay all night for pictures as the dance floor usually gets redundant, but he ended up staying ALL NIGHT and that is due to Caleb being able to keep the party alive! Great Pittsburgh DJ!
I originally found SoundWaves after attending a friend‘s wedding they DJ’ed. I was so impressed by how they kept the dance floor, exciting and played music that really resonated with the guests. I knew when we got married, they would be the company we would go with! When we consulted with them, I was so happy with how flexible, reasonably priced, and communicative they were. I worked primarily with the owners, Jim and Stacey, who I originally consulted with, had my final meeting with and who DJ/MC’ed our wedding!
They were fantastic and very receptive of my thoughts and concerns but also offered great recommendations as we went through the planning process. Their online portal is extremely easy to use and even offers opportunities for guests to upload their own requests. The day of they were very communicative, polite, and organized with making sure our day went off without a hitch. They were understanding of a last-minute weather switch and were able to convert their set up at the drop of a dime. Our guests love the music and we’re very happy with SoundWaves. Even though neither of our families are large dancers, they were able to keep the dance floor busy throughout the night! I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a DJ/MC Service to consider them!

Best Night Ever
We had Soundwaves Event Group DJ our wedding this past weekend and it was hands down the best money spent. If you're looking for a DJ who can keep your timeline going and everyone on the dance floor, Jacob & Dakota are your DJs. Jacob was organized, communicated well, and even checked in with my husband and I before dinner to grab us drinks and make sure we didn't need anything. My husband and I maybe left the dance floor twice? Our guests actually boo'd when they announced the first shuttle had arrived if anyone wanted to leave because they were having such a great time. Everyone that I've talked to since our wedding has said that Jacob was the best DJ and that they were mesmerized by how many people were on the dance floor the entire night. If you're on the fence, you shouldn't be. I'd highly recommend using Soundwaves Event Group.

Caleb & Dakota were incredible!! I truly think a DJ makes or breaks a wedding so this was so important to us. We couldn’t have asked for better! We got so many compliments throughout the night from our guests saying how awesome the DJ was! I highly recommend them to have a good time at your event!!

Best DJ ever!
Soundwaves was great! They understood the assignment for our wedding reception. Our DJ’s, Chris and Noah, were able to tailor the playlist and bring our vision to life. They kept the flow moving and asked us about song requests. They have an online system you can use before the event to break down every aspect to bring everyone to the same page. Seriously awesome experience with these guys! Would always recommend and definitely would use again!

Excellent DJ and Seamless Experience!
We had a fantastic experience working with Soundwaves and our DJ, Chip! Communication was clear and easy throughout the entire planning process. The online portal made it simple to coordinate and ensured we were always on the same page with the DJ.
He played all the songs we requested and made announcements exactly as discussed, keeping everything running smoothly. Despite the high ceilings in our venue, the sound quality was excellent, and guests could hear clearly from every seat.
The DJ also transitioned the music perfectly between rooms with no issues, which helped maintain the energy and flow of our celebration.
Highly recommend Soundwaves for anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and talented DJ!

Exactly what we were looking for
Sound Waves Event Group and DJ David were exactly what we were looking for in music for our wedding. We had one goal in mind - keep our guests out on the dance floor having fun throughout our reception and Sound Waves delivered. From the start of open dancing to the close, the music choices were perfect. DJ David did an excellent job of making sure all of our “must be played songs” were featured (including a mash-up of songs we had asked them to create) and seamlessly incorporated other guests requests, resulting in a great night. We were also really impressed with all of the planning that happens leading up to the event. Having regular contact with Stacy and being able to reach out to Jim to have him answer any questions for us was incredibly helpful in easing our stress. Meeting with David prior to the wedding was also so easy and he was very detailed and helpful in creating a timeline for the reception. At the end of the day, I would recommend that anyone looking for a great DJ experience to book with Sound Waves!

Great experience from beginning to end!!
From our initial call with Stacy to our calls with DJ Jack leading up to the wedding, all of our questions were answered. Our guests had the best time. The music played at the ceremony and the reception went off without a hitch. I sent a couple playlists of songs that I wanted played at various stages of the night (cocktail hour, dinner, dancing) and DJ Jack did the rest.

We hired DJ Trevin for our wedding reception, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
Before the big day, DJ Trevin met with us to go over all the details. From the layout of the venue to the vibe we were going for, and of course, the music! They took the time to ask about our must-play songs, any do-not-play tracks, and the overall flow of the evening. It really put us at ease knowing they were so thorough and attentive.
The night of the reception, everything went smoothly. The transitions were seamless, the sound was great, and the energy on the dance floor was amazing all night long. We had an absolutely incredible experience with SoundWaves Event Group, and we cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I filled out the online inquiry form, I received a response from Stacy within minutes. Her communication was phenomenal throughout the entire planning process—she even followed up after the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. That personal touch meant a lot to us.
We hired SoundWaves for both DJ and photobooth services, and everything exceeded our expectations. DJ Jack was amazing and kept the dance floor full until the very last song! He was joined by his assistant, Ian, who was also fantastic. The photobooth, run by Kaley, was a huge hit with our guests and added so much fun to the evening.
We also added on the “dancing on a cloud” service and cold sparklers for our first dance—it was magical. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful it looked! Additionally, we used SoundWaves for our ceremony music, which took place on the same property as our reception, and they did a flawless job with the setup and transitions.

Jacob, Tara, and Ian exceeded all expectations at our wedding! Before or wedding day, Jacob worked directly with us to determine which genres we did and (more importantly) did not want to hear at our ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding he was also incredible when making announcements to our guests. The music was SO GOOD that our guests never wanted to leave the dance floor. We even had family members that we had never even seen dance breaking it down on the dance floor with us! In addition to the music, the photobooth was a huge hit. Tara did a great job directing our guests and taking some truly iconic photos that we will cherish forever! Whenever we asked our guests about their experience at our wedding, Jacob was almost always their first compliment. Some direct quotes.. "The DJ at your wedding was so good I tweaked my back", "I held off going to the bathroom for hours because he kept playing bangers!" and "I didn't even get drunk because the music was too good and I didn't want to leave the dance floor!" Needless to say, Jacob, Tara, and Ian all have my highest praise! Don't hesitate to book with Soundwaves!!

From the moment we booked them, they have been awesome. Fast response times, making your visions come to life, and most importantly being a great DJ. Our original venue cancelled on us last minute and they still made it happen a week out through all the chaos. Amazing group to work with
We can’t thank SoundWaves Event Group enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! DJ Jack 5 stars
We worked with DJ Jack who was accommodating, professional, fun, and the final puzzle piece.
We booked sound waves close to a year out. A few months out Jack was assigned to us and a little over a month out we began coordinating. Before the first phone call we were nervous and unsure if we were nervous had the right guy, but afterwords we were assured we found the right DJ and were in great hands.
We had Jack do our ceremony, cocktail hour, and 4 hour reception. We also added dancing on clouds and the cold sparks that our guests loved during our first dance.
Jack met with our coordinator, vendors, and our officiant to help make sure things ran smoothly and timely. He hit all our big requests, he added some last minute requests we literally added on our drive to the wedding. They fit perfectly into the night. He was able to customize a couple songs for us to fit the timing we wanted.
Overall we were very happy and pleased with Jack. I would recommend him to any couple and especially those who love some edm. He has a rich experience in his work that really showed.

The Perfect Directors
Soundwaves Event Group (SWEG) really made our night amazing!! We had very specific directions and details we wanted to accomplish that DJ Trevin and the SWEG brought to life. They worked really well with our other vendors and were accommodating to some of the adaptations that needed to happen throughout the day. We appreciated all that they did to make our day run smoothly especially due to having to switch from outside to inside because of the weather. Hire these guys!
If I could do my wedding again, I would book SoundWaves a second time and I would request Jacob, possibly the world’s greatest DJ. From the moment we booked to the day of our wedding, SoundWaves was professional, responded timely to my (1000) questions, and worked with us to create the vision that we wanted for our day. DJ Jacob spent time speaking with me before the wedding to learn what sort of vibe and music we wanted, and boy did he listen! Our ceremony went long which pushed our reception dancing time back (not anyone’s fault, just went longer than expected), but by the end of the night no one even remembered because they were busy dancing the ENTIRE time! I even made last minute adjustments during the reception and Jacob not only listened but helped guide us through with smooth transitions. We had the most perfect day, and SoundWaves and DJ Jacob were a massive part of it. Thank you!

Amazing DJ

Wedding Reception DJ
We just had our reception at Bell's Banquets with DJ David and it was absolutely amazing. He created a super fun environment and the dance floor was always packed, which was my goal! Fantastic DJ for our wedding!
We heard these guys dj at our friends wedding about two years ago and loved the music they played so we booked them for our own wedding. They have a very detailed online portal you can fill out and edit with super specific songs for certain moments, you can time every little thing down to the minute you want it to happen and then just trust that Jim will follow the plan. I loved that - I had a bunch of particular things at certain times and Jim stuck to the plan completely. They were never stressed, no sound issues at all. They added a nice sweet feeling to the event since they are a married couple themselves. We asked Jim to play so many genres that normally might not flow but he made them flow! The guests loved the music they mentioned it to me all night long. Solid pick for a dj- music was really never something I had to worry about during planning or day of. Most definitely recommend :)

Booking Soundwaves as the dj for our wedding was one of the best choices we made. From our first inquiry until the night ended everything was perfect. I loved that we were able to add our requests to the online portal throughout the planning process. When we spoke with Jacob the week before the wedding I knew we were in good hands and he did not disappoint.
