Conner and his team at Sounds by Design really made our wedding a party. We met with Conner a few times leading up to the wedding and he was able to get to know our thoughts when it came to the music and vibes for the night. His system of organizing the songs we chose was really awesome and there was a big crowd on the dance floor all night. We got many compliments on the music for the night. It was especially cool to see Conner having fun at the DJ booth too. We also did string lights and draping through the company and doing so made the room look so so good.

My husband and I hired Sound By Design for our wedding and they were great! We initially worked with Conner to talk through the contract and get everything locked in. I was very impressed with the communication and organization throughout the entire process, from signing the contract to our wedding day. We were given updates throughout the planning process, reminders for our scheduled payments, and they checked in with us a few times leading up to the wedding in case we had any questions. They use an app that you can upload all of the music that you want to play at your wedding including pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, spotlight dances, etc. We were also able to also put music in a "do not play" playlist. Having everything in the app was super convenient and helpful when mapping out our music for our day. Our DJ also helped provide playlist suggestions on Spotify for us to reference, which was great. We had a final meeting with our lead DJ, Ryan, who was awesome. We came away from our final meeting feeling really good about the music for the day and he walked us through all the logistics and answered all of our questions. On wedding day, Ryan was the best! He was super professional but also really fun at the same time. He kept the energy up during the reception and knew what to play to keep the crowd on the dance floor. We can't recommend Sound By Design enough!

Conner was our wedding DJ, but also helped tremendously during the planning process, resulting in a stress-free process. He was professional, got to know us as people to understand the vibe we wanted, and hit it out of the park when accommodating our special requests. He curated our playlist into a good flow so the dance floor was never empty. Everyone had an absolute blast!

I would highly recommend using SBD to any couple getting married. We had Aidan as our lead DJ, and we cannot thank him enough! Throughout the night, he made sure we were taken care of and even grabbed drinks for us and our parents! Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop telling us how great he was. He also kept the dance floor full all night!

Our DJ was Mateo, and he was phenomenal. He ran the dance floor well, blending songs to help keep people out there. But he also set up the sound for the ceremony and dinner. There was no feedback on any of the mics. He timed my brides processional song perfectly so she could walk down the aisle to exactly what she dreamed of hearing. Thank you so much to SBD and I hope to use them again for future events!

Sound by Design was so fun, yet professional to work with. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and provided suggestions that elevated our event. And when the big day came, our dance floor was packed until the very end. We couldn't have been happier with their services.

Our pre-wedding planning with Conner was so easy, and he really made planning our music and extra details so stress free (especially planning it all out of state via zoom). When we changed a few of our songs last minute the week of the wedding, he was flexible and made sure of the changes. Trent played the PERFECT music - we asked to start the night with classic weddings, throw in a slow song or two, and then transition to college dance hits (reliving our best lives). We had the BEST time dancing with our friends and family because of Trent. Our college friends got reallllly into the dancing, our fun aunts and uncles were feeling it, and he even got our baby cousins on the dance floor.
