My fiance is Vietnamese and we needed bilingual wedding invitations. We came to Song Hy and browsed through their extensive selection before finding a design that was just right for us. On top of that, it was well below the quoted price of other vendors in the Los Angeles area -- with better paper quality. I like the shimmer that is added in the print. It makes it look really unique. They sent over proofs via email and worked with us throughout our many edits. They don't print unless you sign off on the proof and even welcomed us counting each piece of card stock before picking up to ensure accuracy. The invites don't come assembled but it was quick and easy to do. Now that they are out in the mail and heading to our guests. Can't wait to hear their reactions.

Song Hy did a great job of giving us beautiful invitations in a short amount of time. We had a lot of requirements - we wanted a pocket style so we could add or take out chapel invitations depending on the guests. We wanted pretty much EVERY printed word in both English and Vietnamese to honor both families, we wanted it showy and "asian" but simple, classy, black and white without looking too "funeral"-ish for the asians. We had a lot to print but little space so we needed some double-sided inserts. Song Hy did it all, plus double layers so we had framing, and double-layered 2x3 "tabs" with our initials for us to glue on to invitations, wedding favors, etc. He was very flexible and professional and emailed pdfs with slight wording changes back and forth with us until we were satisfied. You have to bargain before settling on a price, though. And there was some transfer of the black ink from our double-sided glossy insert cards to each other. Just do a quick inspection on picking them up.

We will not recommend this to anyone. we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the materials used. They have showed us something different and mass printed it on a lower quality form. Very deceiving indeed. We didn't have a choice as it was too late to reject it :( not happy even with the discounted price.
