Something Blue was the second shop I visited for deciding a wedding dress, and it ultimately came up with a winner. The staff helped me browse ones I liked the look of, but also came out with the recommendation that ultimately became my dress. Brand was Essence of Australia. Trust Something Blue’s people, They will help you feel gorgeous and comfortable!

Prior to going to this boutique I did a lot of research on which boutiques carried Martina Liana and Essence of Australia gowns. I looked in particular for boutiques that not only carried these lines but ones that also have samples in plus sizes. So many boutiques have very limited or no dress samples at all in plus sizes. Luckily, Something Blue Bridal is not one of those boutiques! I got to feel like a princess during my entire dress try on. At no point was I made to feel like I didn't have options. Amber went out of her way to cater to me and she was very good at listening to what I wanted and pulled dresses that I actually liked. When I came into the salon, I had one particular dress in mind. However, even though the store had that dress, I didn't even bother trying it on because Amber had pulled a different dress that just took my breath away when I tried it on. My aunt who was with me even started crying. Once she put a veil on me and gave me a bouquet, I knew it was the one. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my dress in time- we went dress shopping in July and our wedding was in January- but Amber assured me that we would get it by November. And she was right! My dress came in in early November. When I went to pick it up all of the ladies working at Something Blue hyped me up. I felt great! I can't recommend Something Blue Bridal enough. The ladies working there are so kind and personable and they make it their mission to make every bride feel special.

Something Blue was one of the best dress shops of the six I visited when searching for a wedding dress. It was my first stop, and it was impossible to top. They have a very nice selection with many options. I ended up finding my dress at their pop-up, The One by Something Blue, which also had beautiful options.
I am extremely indecisive, and everyone that came with me to my first dress fitting knew this… I worked with Amber, and she listened to each detail from all the different dresses I tried on until we narrowed it down to the one that I could not beat at any other dress shop - until their pop-up. I made an appointment a month later at The One and requested Amber be there. That was honestly one of the best decisions I made that night. She remembered my taste. She remembered my style. She remembered my “dress to beat,” and it worked out perfectly. She found “The One,” and it was beautiful. She never rushed me, and it was such a pleasant experience at both Something Blue locations with her.

I would highly recommend Something Blue Bridal. They were absolutely amazing and flawless to work with for my daughters wedding. I had very high expectations as I am in the events industry. They worked with my daughter to get exactly what she wanted and were so supportive along the way.

I loved my experience with Something Blue. Staff were helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed when I was trying in dresses. I found my perfect dress! They communicated during the whole process to ensure that things were on track with shipment, alterations, etc., which was especially helpful as a bride dealing with COVID-related replanning.
