I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding (5.4.24) thanks to Sonya!! She truly took away all the stress I had trying to think of every little detail that had to get done, and made sure everything was taken care of. She took the vision in my head of the theme, the decor, the table settings, and made it all more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. All I had to do was be pampered before the big and she took care of everything else! Truly couldn’t have had the wedding of my dreams without her help. 10/10 recommend.

We hired Sonya to be our coordinator for our August wedding at Five Bridge Inn. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She kept everything running seamlessly, handling all the details so we could fully enjoy every moment without stress. She went above and beyond. Our day was absolutely perfect thanks to her. We can’t recommend her enough to anyone who wants a flawless, worry-free wedding day. She’s simply the best!

I was a bride who was the first of my friends and family to get married, and so I was a little clueless when it came to planning a wedding and I had a lot of questions as I was planning. Sonya was so incredibly helpful with answering any and all of my millions of questions along the way and making sure that I was aware of the important things that needed to be done as a part of wedding planning. She gave me tons of helpful advice and vendor recommendations, which was immensely helpful as someone who is super indecisive since I knew I could trust that all of her recommendations were great choices. I had a vision for my wedding that I wasn't entirely sure how to make a reality, and Sonya worked with me to help make that dream come true. She made herself available to meet with regularly to go through all my questions and do one on one planning together. She was super fun to work with and I fully enjoyed every meeting that we had together as she made me super excited for my wedding as I could tell that she really cared about me and my wedding wishes. To say that my wedding would never have been the same without her would be an understatement. Not only was she a dream to work with leading up to the wedding, but she also was absolutely amazing the day of the wedding. She helped set up all my decorations even better than I could have imagined and helped to make sure that the wedding day ran smoothly all day long. Sonya is the most amazing planner I ever could have asked for and I am so glad that I chose her to help make sure I had my dream wedding at the Five Bridge Inn!

Sonya was an absolute delight to work with for our May 7, 2022 wedding At Five Bridge Inn. Sonya made planning for our day EASY and Meghan made the day go so smoothly. After we found our vendors, we gave all of their information to Sonya and she handles all the nitty gritty details. She checked in with us throughout the planning process to make sure we were getting tasks done on time. Sonya thought through details that I didn’t know I needed to think about like 3 inch doiles for the dessert table. The team made our wedding day go smoothly. While I was getting ready for the day, Meghan made sure all the vendors were getting everything set up and had everything they needed. Throughout the day the team did an OUTSTANDING job keeping us on time and making sure we had everything we needed. They were calm, fun, fantastic people to work with and we are INCREDIBLY glad they were part of our wedding. Sonya and her team made us feel like friends instead of clients which was such an amazing addition to the day.

My husband and I were finally able to get married on June 11 this year, and Sonya held our hand through the planning process every step of the way.

Sonya was more than a day-of wedding coordinator to us. After over 2 years of planning and having to reschedule our date due to the pandemic, Sonya now feels more like our friend than anything else. We especially needed her help because I’m the first of my friends to get married, and her knowledge of the industry and Five Bridge Inn put our minds at ease. Every time we had a question she was willing to hop on Facetime at a time that was convenient for us, and every time I had a “crisis”, she helped me realize it wasn’t a crisis because she would take care of it :)

Because of Sonya and her assistant Meghan, my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day with little stress. Everything was taken care of for us so that we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING except enjoying ourselves, getting ready and taking photos. Most importantly, Sonya made sure we were fed with the appetizers we had been dreaming of for years! And because we felt so close and comfortable with Sonya already, it just felt like our pal was making sure we were having a nice time.

At the end of the night, we had the opportunity to share a drink with Sonya and Meghan and toast to the 2.5 year journey of planning our wedding. It was worth the wait because the day was completely perfect, and we couldn’t have done it without the Soirees by Sonya team.

Hiring Sonya (and her assistant Meghan) was one of the best decisions we made. The price Sonya quoted us was less than we had budgeted, and we ended up getting more than we expected (we hadn't expected her to have an assistant included, and part of their service was staying late in the evening to pack everything up for us). They were incredibly organized and very accommodating- meeting with us an extra time a week before the wedding just to make sure that everything was buttoned down. Working with Sonya meant that we knew there weren't loose ends headed into the wedding, and that we were able to relax and enjoy the day-of.
