About this vendor
Hi, I'm Rev. Dr. Jeff Saville, (call me Jeff) a retired Navy chaplain with 26 yrs military service and real church pastor (not just ordained online). One of my greatest joys as a wedding officiant is to help couples celebrate their love and commitment in fun and meaningful wedding ceremonies all over Southern California and beyond to wherever you buy me a plane ticket. I can lead a highly customized, super-personalized wedding ceremony indoors or out, at a winery or golf club, on the beach, on a military base or in a hot air balloon! Or if you just need to be quickly and legally married very inexpensively, I can help that way also! When you contact me you will very quickly receive detailed information, a sample and highly customizable ceremony with your names already embedded, and I'll offer times for a free consultation by phone or videocall. I can answer questions about levels of service (Gold, Silver and Bronze) and the various fees, OPTIONAL Premarital Counseling and more!
What Makes Me Different
My military background enables me to lead large groups of people with confidence and understand to serve couples from many different Christian faith backgrounds (Roman Catholic, Protestants of all types). Every ceremony has faith-based elements, but we can dial that up or down based on your preference, and include special elements like writing your own vows, a sand or wine-blending ceremony, and much more. I can also conduct portions of the ceremony in Spanish even German!
For full-scale weddings, I invite couples to my home in Temecula to meet in person and have a mini-rehearsal, just the 3 of us, to practice the movements and say some of the words so you know which way to face, when to hand off flowers, when to kiss, all the things. Couples feel so much more relaxed and comfortable knowing what will happen and that I will whisper soft cues to you during the ceremony so you don't have to remember anything but just follow my lead. After the ceremony, I will provide you with a souvenir (non-legal) marriage certificate and the full script of your ceremony to have as keepsakes.

Its so easy to get caught up in the aesthetics of things while wedding planning. But, you quickly realize on the day of your wedding that the organization of the whole day is way more important.
Jeff is so professional and detail-oriented. He made sure there was not one awkward hiccup in our ceremony. He goes over how to put the rings on your hands to get the perfect photos, how to speak clearly so all your guests can hear, how to pass of the bride from the father to the groom, how to space out each bridesmaid and groomsman so nobody is walking too fast, how to pass off the brides bouquet to the Maid of Honor, when and how to fluff the brides dress, etc., etc., I COULD GO ON AND ON!!
I cannot say enough great things about Jeff. He really goes above and beyond any other officiant and offers great wedding, marriage, and life advice. He also helps you get your marriage license and paperwork before and after your wedding.
