We reached out to Jeff about a month and a half before our wedding for his services. He was extremely friendly, kind, and professional. He is very thorough and has such a great fool proof detailed system down that you will absolutely not worry about your day at all. We planned the ceremony initially over a getting to know him phone call, then went over details and a mini ceremony rehearsal ay his home. He arrived early on the wedding day and went over everything again with each of us on the day of. He prints out your personal vows and takes full responsibility for the marriage license. I had such an amazing wedding day because of Jeff and I can’t recommend him enough. He listened to our values and vision for o he Christian wedding and went above and beyond! Thank you again Jeff!

We highly recommend Minister Jeff for your biggest day. Very helpful and considerate from the very start. At first when we searched him, we were wondering if he was worth it. But once we got the chance to talked to him, he was very nice and easy to talk to. Very accomodating and will tell you everything you need to know. From the time we had meeting with him through zoom to when we went to his house and do a mini rehearsal until the wedding day. He will be there with you to help you and guide you on your big day. Reverend Jeff is an amazing guy that offers impeccable service and deliberately goes out of his way to arm you with more resources than you thought you needed to make every decision necessary to make your wedding ceremony as special as possible. Offering multiple ways to word passages, a dress rehearsal between you and him, guiding marks to execute your words and movements, and his flair in capturing the Lord’s word and essence of the importance of the ceremony delivers a powerful message to you and your guests about the day. We are beyond satisfied with his diligence, care, and attention to details for us. As a Marine myself, it was also fun bonding with him, a retired Navy Chaplain, and exchanging stories. What a fantastic officiant! From start to finish Reverend Dr. Jeff Saville was there to coach and support us with planning our small ceremony. He is worth every penny spent! Rev.
Jeff was flexible with changes, gave us plenty of options for passages to be read and what he could wear for his ceremony outfit, reviewed our vows to make sure they would flow before printing them for us, was punctual, professional and funny! He also coached us virtually on the ceremony movements and also did them with us again in person on the day of the wedding. My new husband, mom, brother and Dad all commented on what a great job Jeff did leading our ceremony. He took into consideration everything we requested to make it personal and faith-filled which was important to us. We're so glad we chose him and will definitely recommend him to family and friends who are getting married in the years to come!

Professional and stress free wedding service
Jeff made the whole process of choosing a wedding officiant and ceremony script easy and stress free. His military background gave him credibility, and his wedding experience proved to be invaluable. Wedding planning can be very tedious; Jeff was the opposite of this. He was available by email, text, Zoom call, and even opened up his home to us during our process.

A professional, excellent, and detailed Offciant!
Jeff was everything we wanted in an officiant. We were planning our wedding from across the country and Jeff did a great job communicating with us, accommodating our schedule and spending enough time with us so that we got to know each other. We met with him three times, two through Zoom and one in person. Jeff is very detailed and knowledgeable when it comes to a wedding ceremony which was very helpful for us as we planned out the day. He helped us decided what to include, what not to include and the best way to go about certain details. During our in person meeting, we did a mini rehearsal which was very helpful. During the actual ceremony, he did a great job which the message on marriage, giving us queues for the next step, and making sure we got the best photos possible. I would recommend Jeff to any couple who wants a detailed and stress free ceremony!

Our entire process with Jeff was amazing. From our pre-planning meetings via Zoom/phone calls to the mini-rehearsal prior to the big day were very helpful and reassuring. Jeff provides great options and advice to take the stress out of which direction to go regarding having pre-written vows or if you decide to have personalized vows, Jeff has you covered with confidence. He offers different outfit options for himself to blend well with your wedding. In addition to the mini-rehearsal during the planning process, Jeff takes the time to go over everything with the groom the day of which takes a ton of stress off of the groom! Jeff leads the ceremony fluidly and with confidence, all you have to do is show up and follow his lead!

Jeff exceeded our expectations as the officiant for our wedding. We appreciated his faith based ceremony including his discussion of the Greek words for love and the detailed personalization he added.
From the very first meeting over the phone to our Zoom discussion Jeff proved himself to act with a high-level of professionalism. In addition to virtual meetings, Jeff invited us to his house to perform a mini-rehearsal and gather more detailed information about our love for each other.
The day of the wedding he performed a final walk-through with me (the groom). The walk-through reminded me of small details I forgot and gave me confidence to own my vows.
Speaking of vows, Jeff offers numerous combinations of vows to fit the ceremony you desire. We opted to provide personal vows and follow up with his pre-written repeat after me vows. As a professional courtesy, Jeff offered to proofread our personal vows. He suggested that I add some information which really polished my personal vows.
To put it simply, Jeff is a kind, organized, professional, faith-based pastor and I highly recommend him as an officiant.

So personable! Funny! Caring! So unique!
LBeing a Navy family, we were immediately drawn to Jeff to marry us due to him being a retired Navy chaplain. It was important we had a connection to our family and he was so much more! He didn’t hesitate to reach out after our first inquiry and set up a private meeting with us and welcomed us into his home. He didn’t just go through the motions. He was not only very detailed, but he was very personable. You could tell he cared about who we were as individuals and it made us feel so confident he would bless our marriage. He guided us through decision making and added so many amazing touches that we wouldn’t of thought of. He spent so much quality time on zoom finalizing details and again.. learned even more who we were! The day of our wedding, Jeff put Kendra at ease.. while coaching Daniel and the entire grooms party on what to do so we could be present and not overthink! The ceremony was perfect! So many of our guests just loved him and complimented how the ceremony really was about “us” and. Not cookie cutter. It wasn’t a script.. it was him sharing with our guests our live he has got to know and learn.
I highly highly recommend Jeff to be your officiant! He even lets you pick what he wears based on your attire! I couldn’t imagine it being anyone else! He will forever be a part of our memories and knowing he played such a huge part of our most special day!

Jeff Is A Gem!
We are so glad we found Jeff to do our wedding ceremony. Our wedding ceremony went super smooth. As soon as I(the groom) met Jeff on the wedding day he made me feel relaxed and calm. We went over the whole ceremony again and during the ceremony he whispered little cues to help me along. I had people in my family who don’t attend church comment about how much they loved the words that Jeff spoke during the ceremony and how they felt uplifted!
Jeff, my fiancé and I zoom called for over two hours before the ceremony and we were impressed that he took the amount of time that was needed to sort everything out so we could have the perfect ceremony. You can tell right away that Jeff loves what he does and that he is confident also. This makes you feel confident also on your big day.
Jeff made our personalized promises so special and even added a little humor which made both of our families laugh. Jeff is seriously a gem! Best pastor you can get. We are so glad you did our wedding Jeff it couldn't have been more perfect. We loved that the focus was on God and my family told me they felt Gods presence during the ceremony.

Customizable yet structured and reliable
We really enjoyed working with Jeff as our officiant but also in the months leading up to our wedding for our pre-marital counseling. I loved that Jeff laid out his process to us at the beginning before we even agreed to work together, and was very clear on costs and services - without any surprises. His approach to building our ceremony was unique and customizable, but was structured enough so we didn't start from scratch. He takes the time to do a walk-through of the ceremony with you and prepare any parents or wedding party on their roles ahead of the ceremony so there were no awkward or unexpected moments. Overall, we were very happy to have worked with him for both our wedding and counseling sessions!

Too Long Didn’t Read: Jeff will take care of you. He will provide great customer service, prepare you, guide you on the day of, and follow up with next steps after it is all said and done. He is worth every penny that we spent and is a genuinely caring soul that people will be thankful beyond words to have an opportunity to work with.
Summary:
Jeff was such a blessing from the initial introduction, through the ceremony, and in the days that followed to ensure that we took care of what needed to get done.
Jeff bleeds customer service through and through, this is evident through how he structured his interactions and the services offered.
He met with us on MULTIPLE occasions both in person as well as on zoom when our schedules didn’t allow for much flexibility. He helped propose a multitude of different options for our ceremony ranging from super structured/ religious, to more modern and personal. He also helped with the writing of the vows (and even gave a wedding gift in the form of having them printed on a beautiful piece of parchment paper).
Special shout-out: JEFF INVITED US TO HIS HOUSE to perform the ceremony and set expectations so that everything on the big day went picture perfect. THE MAN INVITED US TO HIS HOME. Can you believe that? In todays day and age, where it’s so much easier to set a zoom call or just hand out a piece of paper with instructions. He took the time to do this and ease our nerves.
His house is beautiful, his family is beautiful, I don’t have enough good things to say about him.
All of this is useless however unless he delivers on the big day. Fortunately, he did, he led the ceremony amazingly. He was so professional and courteous.
MY ONLY WARNING: Jeff can be a bit long winded. He talks a lot but fortunately it’s only because he actually cares about you and your experience. This is not evident in the actual ceremony (as it is very scripted and custom tailored to your liking) but more so during zoom calls / in person meetings. In spite of this, I would still highly recommend and it is not enough to reduce my overall perfect score.

Jeff saved our wedding
Jeff saved the day! Our wedding date was set for April 29th, 2022 and, initially, a family member was our officiant. However, 3 months before our date, she informed us that she was no longer able to do it….we were so stressed out about finding an officiant that quickly. And then my husband found Jeff. We loved that he is a veteran, has a doctorate in theology, is married with children, and a good looking man (great for being in our wedding pictures).
Jeff is personable, professional, attentive, detailed, and organized. He first set up a zoom meeting with us so we could make sure we were a good fit and go over what we envisioned for our ceremony. Then, he emailed us a word document that outlined the details of the ceremony (word-for-word) and different options to choose from. He also helped us develop our Personal Promises to one another. Lastly, he invited us to his home about a month before the wedding to practice our ceremony. He gave us tips on how to stand and hold our hands so our photographer could get the best photos.
The day of our wedding, the ceremony went flawlessly. Jeff is a great speaker. Guests asked us if we knew him personally because of how Jeff spoke about us. And even after the ceremony, Jeff emailed us a receipt of our mailed marriage certificate and detailed the steps we needed to take to obtain our marriage license and change my name. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have Jeff officiate our wedding. Thank you Jeff!

My experience with Jeff exceeded all expectations!! It was really important for me to incorporate God into my wedding ceremony & Jeff made my wish come true! Through the scriptures he read, the advice he offered, and the amazing ceremony he lead, he made my wedding very meaningful & special. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! He really took care of us and I am so grateful & honored to have met him. With all the little details involved in planning even a small ceremony, Jeff was the one part of our day that was stress free. We knew we could rely on him, he was always there for us when we needed him! He was very professional and lead the ceremony with joy. He offered a lot of extras that we found to be really helpful including helping us plan, helping us write our personal promises, printing them on parchment paper for us, gifting is a souvenir certificate, and sending us ceremony photos! He’s not just an amazing Officiant, he’s a wonderful person!!! Very easy to talk to, very kind, very helpful and a blessing to anyone who meets him! Thank you, Rev. Jeff!

Wedding Officiant
From our first interaction with Jeff, we instantly knew he was the one who was going to marry us on our special day. His thoroughness, professionalism & kindness throughout the whole process was consistent and way better than we could ever imagine. Jeff took the time to call us before we even reserved the date to map out what our day would look like and coach us through the importance of the ceremony. We ended up meeting at his home a week later so he could get to know us and go over in detail about what each part of the ceremony would look like - he even taught me how to hold my bouquet and put my husband’s ring on for the perfect photo and so much more. The days leading up to the ceremony, we were truly excited knowing Jeff had our backs and we trusted he would guide us the whole way. My husband and I were both nervous recks until we saw Jeff walk in the venue. I wasn’t nervous at all once Jeff began the ceremony and the little cues he whispered to us were perfect! The ceremony was AMAZING, all thanks to Jeff. We really believe he genuinely cares about us and we are so lucky we found him.

Just what we wanted in a Christian officiant
Rev Dr Jeff was absolutely wonderful. From the first phone call, I could tell that he would focus our ceremony on Christ. The zoom call lasted hours so that we all felt we had plNned every step of the ceremony. This made planning a wedding from out of state very easy.
The ceremony had several glitches like our outdoor wedding suddenly being moved indoors due to extreme weather, but Jeff was flexible and helped things run smoothly. When I was walking to the table for the wine blending ceremony, I accidentally stepped right over top of a candle on the floor and Jeff leaped into action preventing my dress from catching fire! I can’t say enough good things about our experience.
