Ryan was so great to work with from beginning to end. He was polite, professional, and even showed up early on a day where traffic made a number of people miss the ceremony. His video footage is great, and the compilations he makes are a wonderful summary of the day. I would recommend his services to anyone getting married!

My best piece of wedding planning advice is hire the VIDEOGRAPHER! I seriously am so grateful that I hired Smartflight Weddings to do our video. They are an amazing husband and wife team and they were so amazing!!! Ryan made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera because I was so nervous. Steph was the sweetest and the most amazing dress pull-er-down-er. Haha. She helped me that day so much and their fun and kind spirits were such a joy to be around the day of the wedding! The communication was great and they did such an amazing job with our video!! Hire them for all your videographer needs!! You won’t regret it!!

Ryan and his team were amazing. Super communicative through the manyyyy covid rescheduled weddings we planned and even traveled to Colorado to our new wedding venue. The video is stunning and I can’t watch it enough.

My only piece of constructive advice is that I wish I had been asked the day after the wedding if there were any specific moments or things I definitely wanted added in the video. There we’re some moments I wish I had communicated that I wanted included. But that’s my fault for not vocalizing that. But may be nice if they asked me too.

Otherwise I have zero regrets hiring Smart Flight weddings. I’m excited to see what they do for my friends wedding later this year.

Ryan and the SmartFlight team are so professional, responsive and overall great people to work with! The final product truly took our breath away, and we love how Ryan does interviews before the wedding. Watching what we said to each other after the wedding was truly special. Ryan was amazing for my intimate ceremony! We hired him a year ago,
2019, for my wedding that was on a Thursday. He and his girlfriend were on time, professional, and super knowledgeable about how to work with my photographer and overall super helpful. If I could hire them for every event I would. They were absolutely great!

I knew I wanted videography for our November 2018 wedding, but I was actually quite shocked by the high prices that seemed to be the norm for this service. Mind you, we were getting married in SF, where everything is priced highly - and wedding day videography takes a lot of work, so it makes sense it would cost a pretty penny! But we were on a pretty strict budget that I was determined to stay under. I talked to a few vendors, and not only were the prices high, I just didn’t feel like I really clicked with them. Enter Ryan and Stephanie. From the moment they Ryan emailed me back, through our super fun video chat where it felt like old friends catching up, and to the wedding day itself where Ryan personally carried a cookie in his shirt pocket for my now husband in case he got hungry (which he did, right after the ceremony and before post ceremony portraits!) – they went above and beyond in every. Single. Way! And they were very competitively priced, to boot! The day of, they showed up early, and did an impeccable job of balancing not adding stress to an already stressful “rush to get ready!” wedding morning, and captured amazing moments that I honestly wouldn’t have even remembered! They captured the first look beautifully, and captured every aspect of the ceremony and all of the pre- and post-ceremony festivities, perfectly. I have loved looking back at that day through their artfully crafted wedding videos because it brings me right back to those moments – that was the most incredible day of my life, and because of their beautiful work, I get to go back for a visit now and again! On top of all of that, they were so fun and friendly, that I just wanted to talk to them and hang out with them. They are responsive, detail-oriented, talented videographers, talented video-editors, and… just the nicest folks! I would recommend them to anyone who would listen! Ryan and Stephanie were wonderful to talk to from the first time that we met them. We live in Nevada and they were in California but still met with us face to face in a Face-time call. They are so professional and great. On the day of our wedding Tiffany and Stephanie made our day so fun and special. They were able to capture beautiful moments between me and my husband. They got us in "the right mood" emotionally for our first look. They got our first dance and all of our speeches from perspectives we did not get to see. Ryan's editing is superb and so beautifully crafted. He was able to take all of the most important parts of our day and give us a sneak peek, a highlight reel and our wedding video. We also received the raw and unedited footage which was nice to have as well. Overall they are a fabulous company and I would 100% recommend them to any couple looking to have their special day seen from the eyes of someone else and captured by such wonderful people.
