Best Coordinator Ever

Cheyenne was the best. At first I didn't think I needed a day of coordinator, however I am so glad I got her. She was professional, courteous, organized, understanding, and keep what I wanted at the forefront of every decision that was made. We forgot my babies diapers at home, and she even went back to house to get her diapers. She made sure my vendors, wedding party, family members and even the venue were on point. She handles last minute changes well and remain level headed.

Cheyenne was amazing! I highly recommend you hire her to help with your event. She helped coordinate our wedding and our day would NOT have gone as smoothly and elegantly as it did without her there. She was great with communicating with me and helped out far beyond what I anticipated.

I’m forever grateful to her and she is part of our memories on that very special day forever. Thank you Cheyenne!!

Exceptional and organized

Cheyenne was very organized, pleasant, professional and all around incredibly talented. She made my multicultural wedding of 200 run smoothly and put out any fires that occurred without stressing the bride and groom. She is punctual, reliable and communicates really well. She is very organized and was on top of all moving parts and vendors. She is also hands on, she jumped in wherever she was needed whether it was helping set up, food, bar, she truly was committed to making it a successful wedding. I would use her again in a heartbeat for any future event!

Amazing! You won't be dissapointed

I really can't say enough nice things to accurately paint a picture of Cheyenne & her team. The biggest brightspot of our wedding planning experience truly was dealing with Cheyenne. She was detailed, and unapologetically advocating for us throughout the entire planning process. When our event rental company dropped the ball, Cheyenne was there to pick it up and keep us on track. It wasnt until I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, I saw Cheyenne dripping in sweat, on her hands and knees scrubbing the dance floor clean because the event company neglected to property wipe it down before delivering it. Her assistants were also spectacular. While taking pictures, one of them noticed my wife was started to get a little annoyed (due to some hair issues causes by a bit of unexpected shower) so she pulled us to our bridal suite and went into emergency hair dresser mode while also just truly connecting with my wife and helping to calm her down. I could keep going on and on but there really isnt enough nice things. I truly guarentee you will be blow away by the service Simply Elegant Events provides.

Worth every penny!

Cheyenne and her team was amazing! Leading up to the wedding, we talked every week. It feels weird not to talk to her every week. She did all the last month communication with the vendors and during the weekend was available to everyone in our wedding party (trust me, that is no easy feat). She came to our rehearsal and got everyone on the same page. She and her team arrived early on the wedding day and just made everything run seamlessly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She packed everything up at the end of the night. I can't imagine my wedding day without Cheyenne and would hire her for any event.

I talked to a few coordinators when I was looking for someone and I felt like Cheyenne was offering a variety of topnotch services at a super reasonable price. She made me feel like my day/needs were special, but that she had seen everything before. Other coordinators made it feel like my day would be cookie cutter and would just be needed for a short time.

I really can't say enough wonderful things about Cheyenne. Hire her, you will not regret it.

So many things would not have happened if it weren't for her knowledge, expertise and qualified team.
