We had Ramona as our wedding planner for our wedding at Gold Hills Gardens on October 17, 2025. Of all the decisions we made and money we spent for our wedding, having Ramona as a part of our day was the BEST decision we could have made.

From our very first meeting, we felt completely at ease. What could have been an overwhelming, stressful process instantly became exciting and manageable. Like most couples, we didn’t really know where to start planning a wedding. She gave us step-by-step where to start, how to stay within budget, what vendors to reach out to and when to book to help us have the dream wedding we wanted. Every detail, big and small, was handled with precision and care. Timelines were flawlessly created, vendor communications were seamless, and no question ever went unanswered. We always felt heard, understood, and genuinely supported.

Ramona has a way of being able to understand what you want and what you’re looking for even when you don’t know. That was something we truly needed throughout the whole process. She was able to take our visions and turn them into a reality on our wedding day. Ramona truly cares about all of her couples and wants their wedding process to be perfect.
On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If there were any hiccups (which there were not!) they would have been handled behind the scenes with total professionalism and grace.

Beyond organization, the emotional support meant just as much. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, and for someone like me (who was more of a type B kind of Bride lol) she helped me immensely when I felt like I didn’t know what to do,consistently brought calm, reassurance, and positivity to us. She advocated for us, kept us on budget, respected our vision, and helped turn our ideas into something even more beautiful than we imagined.

Because of Ramona, we were able to fully enjoy our engagement and be completely present and stress free on our wedding day. That alone is priceless.

I cannot recommend Ramona enough! From the moment we started planning to the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond to help us make everything perfect.

We gave Ramona quite the challenge: 1) we had just three months to plan the wedding, 2) we wanted to host it on our property, which meant figuring out how to manage 70 guests and all the vendors in our unique setting, and 3) we were blending two cultures, which required two separate ceremonies. Despite all of this, Ramona brought it together seamlessly--like it had been in the works for over a year. She handled the double setup and coordination effortlessly.

Her attention to detail and organizational skills were incredible. She ensured nothing was overlooked and resolved issues so smoothly that I didn't even know there were any! One standout moment was when our photographer was concerned about the lighting for our vows. Ramona and her team adjusted the setup right before we walked down the aisle--all without us realizing a thing! It's that kind of quick thinking and calm problem-solving that made our day flawless.

I also heard from our guests how kind and attentive she was, making everyone feel welcome and cared for. When one of our servers fell short of her duties, Ramona and her assistant jumped in to serve our guests themselves, showing just how dedicated she was to making our day perfect.

Our venue only required a “day of” planner but she was available to us from the first day forward. She was quick to respond to every text , answered every silly question we had, made great recommendations while also being completely open to our ideas as well and willing to change on a dime. .
