We had Ramona as our wedding planner for our wedding at Gold Hills Gardens on October 17, 2025. Of all the decisions we made and money we spent for our wedding, having Ramona as a part of our day was the BEST decision we could have made.
From our very first meeting, we felt completely at ease. What could have been an overwhelming, stressful process instantly became exciting and manageable. Like most couples, we didn’t really know where to start planning a wedding. She gave us step-by-step where to start, how to stay within budget, what vendors to reach out to and when to book to help us have the dream wedding we wanted. Every detail, big and small, was handled with precision and care. Timelines were flawlessly created, vendor communications were seamless, and no question ever went unanswered. We always felt heard, understood, and genuinely supported.
Ramona has a way of being able to understand what you want and what you’re looking for even when you don’t know. That was something we truly needed throughout the whole process. She was able to take our visions and turn them into a reality on our wedding day. Ramona truly cares about all of her couples and wants their wedding process to be perfect.
On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If there were any hiccups (which there were not!) they would have been handled behind the scenes with total professionalism and grace.
Beyond organization, the emotional support meant just as much. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, and for someone like me (who was more of a type B kind of Bride lol) she helped me immensely when I felt like I didn’t know what to do,consistently brought calm, reassurance, and positivity to us. She advocated for us, kept us on budget, respected our vision, and helped turn our ideas into something even more beautiful than we imagined.
Because of Ramona, we were able to fully enjoy our engagement and be completely present and stress free on our wedding day. That alone is priceless.
I cannot recommend and say enough amazing things about Ramona. If you are looking for a planner, stop looking, Ramona is your girl. You absolutely will not regret it. We are so grateful for her and everything she did for us. Thank you Ramona ❤️ -

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
Ramona was 10/10 in every category! She was incredibly supportive, honest, and easy to work with. She made my wedding planning process so seamless. I recommend her for anyone planning a wedding. Ramona has a huge heart and cares about her clients! She helped pinpoint my vision and supported amazing execution. The amount of compliments I got after my wedding I can credit all of it to her! -

I had the pleasure of working with Ramona on a wedding this November at Lone Wulff Ranch. I am the venue owner/coordinator. Ramona was very hands on-reaching out to me quickly after the bride and groom booked. She was attentive to detail and communicative throughout the process -via email, text and phone. She brought out the best in her staff and mine. She understood the bride’s vision and how to achieve it. And when cooler temps changed a few site plan details…she pivoted well. She was pleasant and professional. I enjoyed collaborating with her and would recommend her for your next event! -

Smooth as butter.
Ramona was able to help us plan our wedding as well as Keep everything organized and remind us through out planning what we need or may want. With her experience she was able to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day and that our times for each event were planned out perfectly. She also knew our photographer, florist, caterer, and DJ which helped with coordinating everybody from the start. Thanks Ramona! -

There are so many amazing things I could say about Ramona. She was the key to making our wedding come together exactly how I pictured it. She didn’t just understand my vision; she executed it beautifully and made everything feel effortless.
Her vendor connections are incredible, and I highly recommend trusting her suggestions. Every person she brought into the process was professional, talented, and aligned with what we wanted.
What I appreciated most was how she handled everything with calm confidence. I didn’t feel stressed at all on my wedding day because she was on top of every detail. I was able to enjoy the day fully without worrying about anything behind the scenes.
Our wedding was truly a dream come true, and Ramona played such a huge role in that. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing, cares about your experience, and brings your vision to life, she’s it. -

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Ramona is! I had no idea where to even begin with wedding planning. Ramona came in helped us every step of the way.
I was worried about staying in my price range and still having my dream wedding. Ramona made all my dreams come true! Ramona helped us stay well within budget. She also set up EVERYTHING day of exactly how I imagined it. She made the process so easy and seamless.

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Ramona.
We had absolutely no clue what we were doing when we started planning our wedding; we didn’t even have a clear vision for the day. But from the moment we began working with her, everything fell into place. She took the time to get to know us, helped craft a beautiful vision for our wedding, and guided us through the entire process with so much patience and expertise.
Even though Ramona was technically our "day of" coordinator, she was with us every step of the way. Her responsiveness was incredible - every time we had a question (and there were plenty!), she was quick to reply with the perfect solution. She was calm, confident, and took care of everything, making even the most complicated parts of planning seem easy.
On the wedding day, nothing went wrong - seriously, not one thing. Ramona had everything under control, handling every detail flawlessly. We didn’t have to stress about a single thing, which allowed us to have the most perfect day. We are forever grateful for how she made our wedding so seamless and enjoyable. Honestly, Ramona is a total bada**!
If you want a coordinator who is not only incredibly organized and responsive but also brings a level of calm, confidence, and total control to your day, look no further. We can’t recommend Ramona enough; she helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!

Ramona was the best decision we made!
We hired Ramona as our “day of coordinator” and it was the best decision we made! Although we didn’t hire her for full wedding planning, she was available every step of the way to answer any questions we had, recommendations we needed, or second opinion. We never felt like a burden, she was so encouraging and constantly putting our minds at ease. She has a long history of working with various vendors and helped us get some of the best and save some money along the way too!
As the day approached, we realized the answer to every task was “Ramona will do it.” At the rehearsal walkthrough I started thinking of ALL the things that fell to Ramona and had no idea how she and her assistant were going to actually tackle every single task we needed on that day but somehow they did it- and it was better than we could have imagined! She gave me a walkie talkie on the morning of for annything we needed and I felt like a queen. I didn’t have to stress at all, and it was all because I knew I had the best! She managed to wear so many hats throughout the day and crushed every single one! We had such an amazing wedding celebration and I couldn’t get over how blessed we were to have her! It was the best money we spent, she was worth every penny (and more!). I cannot recommend her enough! -

Ramona was a joy to work with. Our couple was worried about what to do for decor and found Simple Country. They had just about everything our couple was looking for and what a great event it was. We had no problems with communication, promptness, details, quality and value with SCW, and that’s exactly what we look for as planners. We’re excited to work with SCW again in the near future. -

I was planning a wedding in Clovedale from Tennessee, I couldn’t have been more pleased with how smooth she help make the entire planning process. We used her day of coordinating services as well as rented several things from her. Ramona knows what she is talking about and she is AMAZING at what she does. Our day was flawless thanks to her and Kristi. Could not recommend her enough. Wishing we lived closer so we could use her again. Will without a doubt be referring her to friends for future events
