We used Silversilke for our wedding planning and Jeanette was amazing! She recommended great vendors and when our dj cancelled last minute she helped us confirm another one right away. On the wedding day her assistant stayed with me the whole time and she was honestly amazing. She was always fixing my hair and dress with out me even asking and making sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciate how special she made me and my family feel. We would highly recommend her!

I was at the end of my pregnancy when planning my destination wedding. I hired all the vendors then realized, how will I enjoy my wedding day and be carefree!?! Hiring Jeanette as my day of coordinator for my wedding on 11/11/2023 turned out to be one of my best decisions. I originally thought I could do everything on my own… not my best idea especially for a destination wedding. Once I found jeanette she made sure everything was in order and had amazing recommendations for me that guests absolutely loved. She also brings an assistant who is amazing. They both made sure the day went seemlessly. So many guests were impressed by the flow of our wedding and for that I can not thank Jeanette enough. Working with her truly brings so much relief.

Jeanette has all the experience you could ask for when it comes to planning your wedding. She knew what to expect from the venues, the vendors, the island, and more. The best part is, that wasn’t even our favorite part of working with her.

Over the course of planning our wedding she was not only our confidante, but also someone who became like family. She was always there for us to call/text/email when we had an issue or a concern. Also, she was exceptional at keeping everything organized. By the time we got to the wedding we were ready to go and she was able to handle everything.

Wow! I didn’t know what hiring a planner and coordinator would entail of, but it’s a must have when planning a wedding and nothing can be better than Jeanette and her team. We first worked with her in 2019, as we approached our 2020 wedding. We all know what happened and Jeanette helped us sadly cancel all of our plans (after helping book them!). 2 years later we called her back, ready to plan the reception of our dreams on my husbands home island. She and her team made us feel supported and protected from the chaos that leads up to the big day. She was calm when maybe I wasn’t :) and truly cared for us like we were her own family. We love Jeanette and wish we could have an event every year just to work with her. She’s organized, resourceful, calm yet assertive and just a lovely person inside and out. I am from the midwest, where folks typically do not have wedding planners. My husband convinced me that at the very least, we needed a day of wedding coordinator. Enter Jeanette, who saved the day on numerous occasions! Not only was she kind and patient, she was very direct and honest throughout the process. Her English was fantastic (I don't speak Spanish, though my husband is a native speaker), which made all communications much less stressful. She checked in about a month before, and was willing to take phone calls at multiple stages leading up to the day to ensure that I had thought through all of the unique features of a large destination wedding in PR and with our specific set of vendors, which she clearly had a great relationship already. When we had issues getting ahold of the venue about ever-changing COVID requirements, Jeanette was persistent and got the information that my mother-in-law could never get an answer about. Her team was instrumental in making sure that my family was able to decorate to the best of their ability before they took over to ensure all details were in line, even going so far as to purchase napkins that apparently one of our vendors did not provide. Jeanette herself MC'd the events like the first dance, father/daughter, mother/son, and speeches in both English and Spanish for our blended family with ease and with humor! These are just a few of the many examples of her going above and beyond her job title of "day-of." I would hire her again, and would suggest that anyone who does in the future prepare a big tip- she certainly deserves much more than she charges!!!

We contacted Silversilke just before the pandemic, and had to change our wedding date 3 times. Our wonderful wedding planner always helped us with everything, and supported us during this period. Jeanette's knowledge in the world of weddings is immense, she is very responsible and cares about every detail. I don't know how we would have managed this process, which ended in a dream wedding, without her. 100% recommendable.
