We used Mike for the ceremony and the reception and it was wonderful! He was a great MC and he kept the party going all night long- something that isn't as easy at a microwedding like ours!

We hired DJ Mike for our wedding at the Delaware Park Marcy Casino and he was absolutely fantastic. He knew the space well and had all the equipment needed to set up in the rose garden, inside, and under the tent for dancing. He was amazing to work with; our meetings with him were fun and put us at ease while also being incredibly informative. Even though we were planning our wedding from out of town, we never had a difficult time getting in touch. He made sure we had everything planned and running smoothly. He also understood exactly what kind of music we wanted and everything he played was spot on. Everyone had an amazing time and friends/family are still raving that ours was the most fun wedding they've ever been to. We largely have Mike to thank for that!

Mike was amazing to work with for our wedding. He was always quick to respond and very thorough in the planning process. He answered all our questions and we felt completely prepared for the big day. The online portal to enter your day of details and song requests was very easy to use. The entire experience was great and we are happy that Mike was part of our special day. Highly recommend!

When we set out to choosing a DJ, we were mostly just looking for someone who could keep the party going and was on point with good music. Mike was much more than that! His responsiveness to emails and the planning system they have set up for selecting and removing songs made the lead up to our wedding much less stressful. On the day of the ceremony, he showed up several hours early and began setting up. Leading up to the ceremony, he kept in constant communication with both of us and pretty much become a pseudo wedding coordinator by helping keep the schedule moving and ensuring we both had everything we need. The music during the ceremony was exactly what we had chosen with no issues for timing or lost sound (I really appreciated that he bought some of the odd songs we requested instead of just streaming from Spotify so we knew internet/quality wouldn’t be a problem). As the reception and dancing got going, he always had the right song based on the vibe of the room and the dancefloor, again keeping things moving with various dances and dessert cutting. He coordinated with our photographer throughout the night as well to make sure everyone was on the same page, so my wife and I didn’t have to worry about it. He set up some awesome uplighting for the dancefloor that blended well with the music, it surprised us since we originally thought we wouldn’t really like uplighting…we were wrong, it was awesome. One of the best parts on top of all this was his flexibility to add more time to our night 5 minutes before we were supposed to end originally since we wanted to keep the party going and most of the guests were still there. I can’t thank and recommend Mike enough as a DJ, he went way beyond our expectations and helped make our wedding a blast!

Mike Setlock, Signature Entertainment, DJ'd our wedding reception at Resurgence Brewing Company in Buffalo, December 2021. The entire experience was excellent! Mike is extremely organized. Leading up to the event, we had conference calls, as well as using his client portal, to update details (names, dances, song requests, etc.), which made it super easy for Mike to lay out how the evening would go. He really directed the whole night and everything was on time and went super smooth. Music choices were OUTSTANDING, he played a great mix of the styles we'd discussed, our dance floor was going strong the entire time. He played some hits, some deep cuts, we couldn't have asked for anything better. All of our guests and us really enjoyed him, his energy, his presence on the mic, his control of the room, his ability to read our crowd. His up-lighting made the entire space look great. I would highly recommend him. The cost was very affordable as well, we would have easily paid 2-3x more for the experience that we got. Thank you Mike for make our night awesome!

Mike did an excellent job as our wedding DJ!! He was very professional, responsive, engaged, and knowledgeable. He kept the energy high and catered music to all age groups who were in attendance! The dance floor was full all night! We highly recommend Mike for anyone getting married!
