We were extremely pleased with Shine Wedding Coordination (Sheila). If you are looking for a calm, polite, and organized wedding coordinator, Sheila is an excellent choice. We went with "month of" wedding coordination, and it was worth every cent. The day of, Sheila was on time, calm, and flexible. Everyone may have different preferences for a wedding coordinator, so if you are looking for someone who has great advice, a great demeanor, and great communication skills, Sheila is it. Sheila allowed us to enjoy our day to the nth degree and she cleaned up everything at the end of the night to make it even more stress free. Her little nuggets of information/help along the way made all the difference.

SHEILA IS THE BEST. If I could give her 6 stars I would. We planned our wedding from across the country during COVID. I just wanted someone to help take care of things day-of (and maybe give me a few tips leading up to the event), but I was a little skeptical of adding yet another expense…. She turned out to be worth every last penny! In fact, I think she probably ended up saving me a ton of money in the end because of all the decoration help she provided. She personally took care of all the design and setup at the venue. And when some issues came up last minute (not because of her), she even went out of her way to add beautiful details to our decorations and make everything gorgeous! She didn’t have to, but it was clear that she cared personally about making everything perfect - it’s more than just a job to her. Overall our day was beautiful thanks to Sheila. She exudes positivity and will bring that same energy to your big day. She certainly did that for us. Hire her. You will absolutely not regret it. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us.

HIGHLY recommend! Sheila was incredible to work with. I was an out-of-town bride and she worked with both myself and my mom who is local to make our day spectacular - she was professional and kind, organized, and on top of EVERYTHING! She was so flexible with us working through changes to our day with COVID and helping me figure out how to include my father into the ceremony when he wasn't able to make it due to a cancer diagnosis.

Sheila was super helpful in planning my wedding in SD from SF. She was always kind, considerate, and responsive. On the day of, she set up everything, including all of the DIY decorations myself and my mother had prepared. Most importantly, she did some last-minute decorating on a disappointing Chuppah, which I will forever be grateful for. Totally allowed me to be present and fully enjoy my day. Thanks, Sheila!

We hired Sheila as our day-of coordinator, and looking back, I wish we’d had her longer! Sheila is incredible. She is as sweet as can be and makes sure everything goes smoothly. On the day of, I almost didn’t know what to do with myself because Sheila had it all handled!

She ran our rehearsal effortlessly, even with our energetic bridal party. When it comes to set-up, she is a pro - our reception space had an unconventional layout and she made the space cohesive and maintained our table arrangement.

Her eye for design and details is impeccable. She took the many raw materials that we had and turned it into something more beautiful than I could have imagined. After stressing about details for so long, I was hesitant to change things, but she took the ideas that I had and made them better. She thought of things I never would have considered, and they made an incredible impact.

She made sure we were fed, kept us on time, and worked with our vendors so we didn’t have to think about anything other than getting married. Another of our vendors remarked that it was the most on-time wedding they had been a part of, and it’s all because of Sheila. Our families and bridal party loved her! I will owe her forever. Our day was perfect because of her!

Sheila was our Day Of Coordinator for wedding at Tom Ham's Lighthouse. I can't say enough good things about Sheila and her services. She not only did a great job with coordinating but she has a very sweet nature about her. The rehearsal and the wedding went flawlessly. If you're looking for a planner or a coordinator, she is your girl.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Sheila through our wedding process. She’s extremely organized, easy to talk to, very responsive, and always keeps your vision and your desires at the forefront of anything she does. She’s happy to make recommendations based on her experience, but isn’t pushy, and she was truly the first one to arrive and last to leave, making sure everything on our big day went smoothly!

We had our 11/4 wedding at Windmill Ranch and the venue was absolutely perfect. Sheila, Steve and the whole family were so wonderful and hospitable in all our interactions and walk throughs. They are LGBTQ friendly and were thrilled to work with us. Sheila as the event coordinator was crucial to the success of our wedding and she made the reception and ceremony sites look perfect.
