Hiring Shilpa Patel and her team as our wedding coordinators was the best decision we made in planning our wedding! Shilpa was extremely helpful in both the planning and execution phases. The meetings we had with Shilpa before our wedding and the organizational timeline and spreadsheets she sent me made the planning process super easy and efficient, which was a big help during the sometimes stressful time of planning a wedding. She provided insight into issues we should be aware of in hosting a big Indian wedding as well as excellent vendor recommendations in line with our budget. Due to her professional and friendly personality, Shilpa has a great working relationship with the amazing vendors we hired for photography, videography, decor, and food. This made the coordination with all the vendors extremely easy as Shilpa communicated with them both before and during all of our events and took care of any issues that may have arisen the day of. Shilpa and her entire team successfully coordinated all the events for our wedding and we truly could not have done it without them! Knowing they were working behind the scenes with all the vendors and hotel staff at the two hotels we chose as our venues, as well as by my side letting me know where to be and when, was very reassuring. They took care of any last minute tasks or problems that I know came up and likely others that I'm still not aware of.
