Sheree is fabulous. I chose her because she does both hair and makeup, and she seemed really flexible and easygoing. I first talked to her on the phone to tell her what I needed, then she offered to meet me in person for a quick evaluation. She is very sensitive to budget restrictions and did everything to reassure me and cut down on my costs. She confirmed the dates and times via email, and a few days prior, she called me directly and made sure everything was ok. She seems to genuinely care about how the bride feels on the day of the wedding - that getting ready should be a relaxing thing, not stressful!!

On the day of the wedding, she arrived early and got straight to work. A lot of members of my family needed to be done, and I had to beg her to take a quick break. She worked very quickly, and I was really amazed on how beautiful she made everyone look. I had given her a picture of how I wanted my hair done, and she did a great job. Everyone commented on how great me and my sister (maid of honor) looked the whole night!

After the wedding, she wrote me and checked in to see how everything went. Her price is pretty comparable to most other NYC-based makeup/hair artists. I considered doing my own hair & makeup since I was on a budget, but I can say with confidence she was definitely worth it because she made me look (and feel) great.
