I am the mother of the bride and I want to happily tell you how wonderful Shelby was to work with. We used her Month of planner package, but she is more than generous with her time. We had several organizing calls prior to the month of the wedding. She really listens to the bride and groom about what is important to them for the timeline and vibe of the wedding. She kept us on track vendors and working on timeline. But she truly shines at the actual event. She always made everyone feel calm and prepared. I felt like she remembered every detail and had everything at her fingertips that we needed throughout the event. She has the perfect touch for making the decor look just the way you hoped it would look..just magical. But as the mother of the bride, my favorite thing she did was packing up all the candles, decor etc. The last thing you want to do after celebrating all night is clean up and when I saw how perfectly packed up everything was, I wanted to cry tears of joy. Shelby is so likable and so good at what she does, she feels like a best friend. She has incredible attention to detail like catching wrong dates on vendor contracts. I always felt like she was one step ahead of our needs. For example, just when I thought about preparing for my daughter's grand exit, Shelby was waiting there with all the bagged rose petals already. She is also really thoughtful and took pictures and video of special moments and shared them with us immediately after the wedding. She is absolutely one of the best decisions you can make! Shelby is the person you want in charge of your wedding day!! From the second we booked her services, she was nothing short of helpful and sweet while navigating the wedding planning process. Her organization is NEXT LEVEL, the google document she created was top tier, and the communication between her and us, and her and our vendors was incredible. Our wedding day was a dream and Shelby played such a huge role in making that happen. She was on top of everything, from being a problem solver to a decision maker and everything in between! Shelby is a wonderful coordinator and any couple would be lucky to work with her! I am so glad I stumbled upon her services back in November of 2022- a year out from our November 2023 wedding! We booked her for month-of coordination but our conversations began quite a while before that month mark.

I am a firm believer that a day-of coordinator is absolutely worth it- even if the venue comes with an on-site coordinator (which ours did and she was lovely too!) but I'd hire Shelby again a thousand times over. Don't ask your friends or family to handle those day-of logistics and do yourself a favor and do not do it yourself! The event is so, so worth professional support! We were able to be fully present all morning and evening. We didn't need to worry about the arrival of vendors, setting up tables, or cleaning any of it up!

Shelby is communicative, and thoughtful, and works to educate her couples throughout the process. She gave us great advice and tips and made the months, weeks, and days leading up to the event stress-free. I am a control freak through and through- and I am so, so glad we worked with Shelby!
