Shawn's BBQ Catering Company was AMAZING! We felt little to no stress with our planning process with the catering company. They have varying packages which was nice to see while planning your wedding. Although the prices seem reasonable, it does add up and seeing some of those final numbers were shocking but we felt that it was worth every penny! They also work really closely with our wedding venue, The Ospreys at Belmont Bay and hosted several food tasting events. We were able to go to their tasting one day at the venue and they had almost everything made from their catering menu. We were able to put together a menu for our wedding day while doing the tasting. During the planning process, both Stephanie and Lisa were quick to respond with their emails anytime we bombarded them with questions. As the day got closer, they participated with us and our in-house coordinator and put together a schedule. During that meeting, Lisa had provided samples of linen colors and ideas of how the reception layout should be. The day of our wedding, Lisa and our in-house coordinator put everything together to make our day unforgettable! Everything looked amazing with the linen, the layout and food. They had extra appetizers and drinks for our bridal party to enjoy right after the ceremony while our guests went inside to enjoy cocktail hour. We had to provided the alcohol for our guests, but they provided bartenders which was one less thing to worry about. We selected a signature drink and they worked with us on what we should provide for it and what they would provide. We also chose a buffet style due to our budget and the downfall of that is that it takes time for guests to get up, get their food, return to their seats and eat. However, our guests raved about our food choices. Everything we delicious and people were wanting seconds. Still to this day, people are giving us compliments about how delicious the food was and I think we're going to try out the restaurant soon!
