The food was absolutely delicious and my guests loved it! The staff was very friendly and professional. They are also very reasonably priced compared to many other catering services.

The displays were beautiful and the servers were so friendly. Chris is a wonderful, wonderful man and I am so glad to have met him. He surely makes you feel as if you have known him forever and absolutely makes you feel comfortable in making your decision. What a professional and nice group of people! Everyone was professionally dressed and were quick to serve you if you needed anything. The food was very delicious and Chris was able to accommodate items on the menu that we specifically wanted. They had the best price in town and used real china! They set our tables and the setup was gorgeous. I couldn't have asked for a better catering service. We definitely went with the best! Delicious!!!!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at The Eden Try Winery in Spotsylvania, Virginia, and choosing Lee’s Hill Catering was one of the best decisions we made.

From our very first meeting, Chris, his wife Bianca, and their entire team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, organization, and genuine care. Their communication was clear and timely, and every detail—from menu planning to event setup—was handled seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed beautifully, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

Beyond their excellent service and delicious food, what truly stood out was how invested they were in making our event perfect. Their guidance, flexibility, and calm, confident coordination made all the difference.

I would not recommend this caterer. In my opinion there are a lot of caterers around the Fredericksburg area that will give you better quality of service and food. Chris is completely unprofessional and hard to get in communication with and to communicate with in general. After providing him with the deposit for his service, he then cashed the deposit and did not respond to any of my wedding planner's calls about a tasting. After all my planner's attempts to contact him I myself tried to call him and he finally answered to tell me that he was on vacation and would contact me upon his return. The time for him to contact me came and went with no communication so I notified him via email that I was thinking about dropping his business and expressed my frustration with him. He finally responded and asked to arrange a tasting and against my better judgment, I continued with his business. During the wedding itself some of his staff ate food from our dessert buffet that another vendor provided and he (Chris) drank our liquor from the open bar that was not provided by his services. In my opinion and reviews from my guests the food was only mediocre. The rolls that were served did not taste like they were freshly baked as was promised but were stale. He and his staff did not pack up the food for us as stated in the contract, but left everything and our wedding coordinator had to do it for us. I do NOT recommend this catering service. Unprofessional, rude and they're food was only okay. They did not bring their own food either but ate the food we paid for the guests to eat. Again, I do not recommend Lee's Hill Catering service for any event.
