We hired Laura to help us design and coordinate for the month of the wedding. We had multiple virtual meetings to nail down the vibe we were aiming for. We communicated that we wanted a minimally wasteful and sustainable event and Laura was able to work within those confines to make our day look and feel magical. Through Serendipity and Laura, we could utilize the Aisle Planner platform, and this was a really easy way for us to organize and pass everything over to Laura and her team on the big day. It had a really neat feature for us to make a seating chart for our wedding venue's exact layout. It also allowed us to see the progress of our checklist as a project management tool. The platform was very versatile and allowed us to stay on top of wedding planning in the months leading up to the big day. Laura had to leave us for maternity leave but left us in wonderful hands, and we trusted that Laura would have someone else as equally professional and amazing as Laura.

We found Laura at a time when we postponed our wedding twice and our first venue cancelled on us due to renovations. We were burned out in trying to plan and plan again and having things not work out. Laura came and gave us hope, guidance, support, advice, and walked us through every step of the way! We didn't have to do anything, just told her what days and times we were available and she did the rest!! Due to the pandemic, we had a few more ups and downs, but Laura was fantastic with each new curveball that came our way. Our wedding would not have happened if it weren't for her and all the hard work she put into pre-wedding planning and coordination. She was punctual, responsive, and lifted our spirits throughout the whole process all while she was having a baby!! She transitioned us to Veronica of Type A Soiree seamlessly for the final weeks and day of coordination and it turned out to be the BEST day of our lives!!! We are so happy and so thankful to have such wonderful vendors thanks to Laura - she's really empathetic, thoughtful, and has a great eye for detail! Our day was everything we'd ever hoped for and more. Laura is the best and you won't have to worry about a thing because you're in good hands!!

I went into planning my wedding pretty early on this year and thought- I have everything lined up. But when it came to actually concocting my dream decor/design of reception and ceremony- I was clueless! And on top of that, with the wedding nearing, I was internally freaking out because all my vendors kept contacting me and I just felt defeated and overwhelmed. Luckily for me, Laura stepped right in and helped me and my husband feel at ease. She was thorough with my vendors, she was communicative whenever I contacted her, and she really was my advocate in every aspect of our wedding. She ensured I was stress free on my wedding day (I was so anxious!). She and her assistant even observed my husband and I letting loose (and getting a little too crazy.. sorry Laura!) I wouldn't have had it any other way! I'd 100% recommend her and her team to anyone.

I’m in utter shock not only because my wedding weekend is over but how insanely talented Laura and her team at Serendipity Events was throughout the whole planning process. THE BEST!! I honestly don't even know where to start with how unbelievably amazing Laura is!! We could not have asked for a better execution of a wedding ceremony and reception than Laura had done for us. Laura is incredible!! I loved her from the beginning, so much so that we hired her after a phone call and email. When I was searching for a planner, Laura was the only one of the several I'd talked to that asked about and included my then fiancé in the conversation. It was really important to us that the wedding was "our wedding" and we appreciated that she included him from the start.

We used Laura to design and plan our wedding - I know nothing about weddings so we needed the help! She has a fantastic network of vendors. We used quite a few of her recommendations and were beyond happy with every single one. Laura is incredibly organized, met and checked in with us regularly, was always on top of everything, and kept us on track with our to-dos. And anytime I started to stress myself out, Laura would put things into perspective.

But, the most impressive part of all is her creativity and design. I didn't give Laura much to work with at the beginning - we had a venue, colors we liked, and a handful of photos. Laura was somehow able to translate this and our "vision" (which was basically several random adjectives thrown together) into a magical and incredibly beautiful night. Every detail was perfection!

The week of the wedding was a breeze. I didn't have to think or worry about a thing, and I had the most relaxing, stress-free wedding day. Hiring Serendipity is the best decision we made - I wish we could have a wedding every year just to work with her over and over again!
