We held a holiday staff party at The Falls with Seasons Catering and it was wonderful! Staff was very attentive, the food was delicious and the ballroom was beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend it.

About two years ago we met Belinda Shumway and the staff of Seasons Catering at a bridal show in Downtown Albany. We were so in love with the food that had to taste that we changed our entire wedding to be focused around Seasons Catering. Between the delicious food and Belinda’s radiant personality we knew we were making the right choice. Belinda stepped in and assisted with finding a new venue to host our wedding where we would be able to bring in our own caterer. A few weeks went by then months and we could not find the perfect venue, then Belinda asked us to put our faith in her and agree to move forward with a venue that we had never heard of, let alone seen any pictures of and we did. She is one of those professionals where you know that YOU and YOUR EVENT are the priority. Belinda did not disappoint. A few weeks later we were introduced to, the still very much in construction, Seasons at the Falls. We instantly fell in love! It was like she took every thought I have had since I was a little girl regarding my wedding and put it together into the most perfect venue I could never have dreamed of. It was rich in both beauty and history. From the perfectly planned out layout to the decadent finishes this was our fairytale reception location! After a handful of tastings with the whole family, Belinda and her staff happily accommodated 10+ people at each tasting we had, we selected the perfect menu. Fast forward a few months and here comes the crew at Seasons Catering to the rescue once again! This time, we needed a bridal shower location. Danny from Seasons took over the whole thing and put on a beautiful shower in conjunction with the bridesmaids right at Season’s main shop in Colonie. The food was just as great as always and the room was beautiful. At that point, we decided to have Danny plan a “Welcome to Town” dinner for our guests the Thursday before the wedding to help kickoff the wedding weekend. Danny went above and beyond setting things up

We could not have imagined a better wedding experience. The food impressed guests with the highest standards, the venue was gorgeous and accommodating for everyone, Belinda worked with us to make it perfect, and Bernie took impeccable care of us throughout the night. I am 100% happy!

Belinda at the Seasons was so very helpful in putting together our daughter's wedding - and it turned out wonderfully! The food was absolutely delicious and the service not only professional but very courteous, friendly and responsive to all our needs. The venue was also lovely - very clean and well-appointed with a unique flair.

Hands down the best food and service! Belinda and her crew made sure every detail was perfect! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our special day was everything we dreamed of! We can't thank them enough for making our wedding day a day we won't soon forget!
