We decided to go with a 3 tier coconut wedding cake from Scratch... it was amazing!! We also went with 3 different types of cupcakes from Scratch.. they went so fast that we didn't even get to try one! We highly recommend Scratch for any type of occasion! Very affordable and all-around delicious!!

I couldn't recommend Scratch Baking Co. enough! We had a morning wedding followed by a brunch reception and decided on a cake buffet with six cakes. Kristin at Scratch was wonderful to work with. She ran with the brunch theme and came up with a ton of options for us and made the most beautiful and delectable cupcakes for us to try - two rounds of them to let us sample more flavors! We finally opted for our six favorites and they were delicious and stunning. Everyone was "wow'd" by them and many guests tried two or more and even took some slices home. Now, every anniversary, my husband and I will go to Scratch and have one of 6 cakes to choose from to order! We couldn't have been more thrilled and it didn't break the budget (at all!) and they were fabulous.

Our priority was flavor, not appearance. If this sounds like you, Scratch Baking Co. is the place to go. They let us dream up flavors and made samples of each combo for only $1.50 per cupcake. Our three-tiered chocolate-orange cake with mocha buttercream frosting was to die for. All our guests concurred that it was the most delicious wedding cake they had ever eaten.
