As the mother of a bride, this was one of the best things I spent money on for my daughter’s wedding. I didn’t realize it, but somebody has to run the whole party or as a mother of the bride you end up running yourself ragged trying to execute one of the most expensive parties you’re ever gonna throw for your daughter and future son-in-law. As a bride, I cannot imagine trying to have a wedding without a coordinator there. I don’t even think you would be able to enjoy getting ready, the ceremony or much less the reception without someone there to run the whole show. Karli and Ashley, the owners and Saving Grace Events themselves do such a great job. You get two girls for the price of one.

Karli is on point and keeps things going and organized so if there is a problem, the bridal party never knows. Ashley is so creative and such a wonderful decorator she can bring your wildest dreams to life! I can promise you, you will not go wrong choosing them. There is a price point for everyone and they make your day easy, affordable and very enjoyable.

Hiring Saving Grace events was the best money we spent on our daughter’s wedding! My husband’s exact words after the wedding was over were, “ they were worth their weight in gold”!
Karli and Ashley are experts in every area of anything having to do with weddings!! As the mother of the bride, I want to share how they helped me! I am a first grade teacher and there is no time during a school day to be on the phone! Karli and Ashley set up a group text message from the beginning and every worry, concern or question my daughter had-they took care of!! I would hear my phone buzz, glance at it - and had complete peace that they were taking care of my girl!!
They gave suggestions for where to find wedding dresses, caterers, flowers, DJ- wording invitations- bridesmaid colors- timing of the wedding - when I say every detail they took care of - they did!! They became more than just our coordinators, they became our friends!
They ran the rehearsal- they decorated the day of the wedding- they coordinated the vendors! They made our daughter’s dream wedding a reality!!!
If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator- do it so you can sit back and truly enjoy your daughter’s special day and not miss a moment because you have two of the most capable women taking care of everything!!

The wedding planners didn’t do anything to help my sister-in-law with her wedding. They didn’t help find a makeup artist, hair artist, DJ, decorations, timelines, songs, etc. They didn’t even clean up at the end of the night. We had to clean it. They didn’t arrive to the venue till 1030am because the bride “had everything covered.” The venue wouldn’t have been decorated in time if we left it to them. My family was at the venue at 8am and we were still decorating till 5pm. Then they left at 12pm for their “break” and didn’t come back till 3:45pm. They didn’t communicate with the bride on the set up of the wedding and kept saying “I don’t know what this shit if for” throughout the whole set up of the wedding. All they did was walk around trying to look busy while my family and friends were working hard to make my sister-in-laws day perfect. They left at 8pm and had the nerve to say “I’m so tired” when all the physical work they did was make a charcuterie board for 30min. The charcuterie board also cost over $1,100 and it was not up to par with the price. My sister-in-law was scammed, taken advantage of, and gas lighted. While they did nothing in the planning in the wedding they tried to make it seem that they were the ones that made the wedding perfect. Which is a big lie because it was my family that made it perfect. I hope no one hires these people, for their sanity and hard earned money.
