Incredible wedding coordinator
Rosie and her team did the most amazing job for our wedding weekend at the Pinecrest Chalet, which included a Friday welcome dinner, Saturday brunch, ceremony, and dancing, and a goodbye brunch on Sunday. My husband and I first started working with Rosie in 2019, with the intention of a May 2020 wedding. Covid, of course, had other ideas, and we had to reschedule for July 2021. Rosie was with us through every step of that process. She was patient, empathic, and in regular contact as we made the difficult decision quite early in the pandemic to reschedule our event.
As a result, we worked closely with Rosie for almost 2 years! She was easy to reach, happy to have a quick chat to plan or talk through minute quirks, and so amenable and open to any of our ideas. She is well connected to many vendors in the area, which was helpful all throughout the process.
Rosie excels at balancing what's practical and feasible for an event of your size, while incorporating the elements that make each couple unique. She also has so many fun props and decorations available (e.g., she let us convert her lemonade stand into a frozen banana stand for a cocktail hour giveaway).
From the initial setup on Thursday to the final tear down on Sunday, Rosie & her team were there. She helped us with coordinating all of the vendors in an advance and on-site. We truly could not have pulled off the event without her. She regularly thought a few steps ahead of us, and she worked seamlessly with her team to resolve any issues that came up. Everyone was so nice and friendly, too.
Our guests had an amazing time and we owe so much of that to Rosie and her team. We give her our highest recommendation.
