Rosie and her team did the most amazing job for our wedding weekend at the Pinecrest Chalet, which included a Friday welcome dinner, Saturday brunch, ceremony, and dancing, and a goodbye brunch on Sunday. My husband and I first started working with Rosie in 2019, with the intention of a May 2020 wedding. Covid, of course, had other ideas, and we had to reschedule for July 2021. Rosie was with us through every step of that process. She was patient, empathic, and in regular contact as we made the difficult decision quite early in the pandemic to reschedule our event.

As a result, we worked closely with Rosie for almost 2 years! She was easy to reach, happy to have a quick chat to plan or talk through minute quirks, and so amenable and open to any of our ideas. She is well connected to many vendors in the area, which was helpful all throughout the process.

Rosie excels at balancing what's practical and feasible for an event of your size, while incorporating the elements that make each couple unique. She also has so many fun props and decorations available (e.g., she let us convert her lemonade stand into a frozen banana stand for a cocktail hour giveaway).

From the initial setup on Thursday to the final tear down on Sunday, Rosie & her team were there. She helped us with coordinating all of the vendors in an advance and on-site. We truly could not have pulled off the event without her. She regularly thought a few steps ahead of us, and she worked seamlessly with her team to resolve any issues that came up. Everyone was so nice and friendly, too.

Our guests had an amazing time and we owe so much of that to Rosie and her team. We give her our highest recommendation.

We got married in Pinecrest at The Pinecrest Chalet and Rosie came highly recommended from the event coordinator there. We hired Rosie to help us with our wedding and she went above and beyond all expectations. She was truly was a rockstar! Rosie knows how to put the finishing touches on everything to transform them from functional to fabulous. Whether it was a coffee station, snack table, or self-serve keg set up she came in and made everything looks so charming, polished, and Pinterest perfect. She handled all of the deliveries, came early to set up, stayed late to clean up, brought a staff of her own to help everything to run smoothly, and coordinated with all our vendors so they were on the same page. She has the MOST amazing collection of vintage décor, furniture, vases, candles, signs, table numbers, table décor, etc that she is so generous to share and use for decorating needs. It was so fabulous to borrow Rosie’s beautiful items and not have to purchase our own for the weekend. One of the things that we were so grateful for is Rosie’s troubleshooting abilities. Our rental company majorly dropped the ball and failed to deliver half of our rentals. Rosie was swift to act and she called around to another rental company at 10pm the night before our wedding to make sure we had what we needed. She did it all without our knowledge as she didn’t want to stress us out. Had she not done that we wouldn’t have had any linens for our wedding or cocktail tables. She was the biggest life saver. She ran the entire weekend (which included a welcome dinner, breakfast, wedding & reception, and brunch) seamlessly and did everything so we could relax and enjoy our time with our guests. All of our guests commented on how smoothly the weekend went and how beautiful it looked. We have Rosie to thank for that and I cannot recommend her enough.

I’m not really even sure where to begin!! Rosie put 200% into our wedding from beginning to end. She treated our wedding as if it was her child. We would talk hours on end about all the little details, and she made sure everything was perfect. If I had to do my wedding all over again, there is NOTHING I would change. Rosie and her team worked extremely hard putting it all together, and making sure all the vendors were in order. I cannot thank her enough for making things run so seamlessly. She is such a fun and easy person to talk to, and we genuinely miss talking to her almost everyday. We know our day would not have been the same without her.
