I interviewed several photographers for my wedding and Sasha stood out from all the rest in terms of responsiveness, personality, and professionalism. But what was extraordinary were his photos when looking through all the various photographer's work. Dramatic, chic, sassy, romantic, edgy if you want it to be, unique.

While many photographers can capture your moments, I felt Sasha also made your moments. I find myself somewhat a creative person being a marketing executive for over 20 years, a painter, and have a degree in Fine Arts... Sasha is a true artist.

I was equally impressed that Sasha had an extensive questionnaire he wanted you and your partner to complete. He really wanted to get to know the couple and their personalities so he could compose the photo shoot in advance... already knowing which spots he wanted to take you and what poses he wanted you to do. This made the photo shoot much more efficient... maximizing his time and hence your value.

I cannot express how personable Sasha was. All my friends were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and friendliness... all commented on how personable he was, making everyone feel at ease. He even invited some of them to do some shots with their families. Can't wait to show them their photos. Planned, yet nimble... that's the way to roll!!

Sasha is absolutely incredible and we consider him a triple threat when it comes to covering a wedding: 1. he's an incredibly talented at his craft with an amazing point of view, 2. he's extremely professional, on time, and just really easy to get along with, 3. he creates beautiful images that will keep us smiling for a lifetime. I found Sasha on Yelp while I searching for a photographer with City Hall wedding experience. Ultimately I chose him as my photographer because his pictures are beautiful and dramatic at the same time. My husband and I went with the “cadillac” of packages and Sasha did not disappoint. He was quick to reply to all our emails, prompt to the wedding, extremely knowledgeable about all the nooks and crannies of City Hall, and overall very generous with his time. Our leather album and prints have come in the mail and I could not be happier with Sasha as our wedding photographer!

From my first inquiry all the way through the wedding, Sasha has been an impeccable communicator and promptly answered all of our questions as they popped up. He arrived on time and utilized every minute of our 3 hour photo shoot. He knows the building staff/security and was able to navigate all over the building to get us amazing shots.

And how did the photos turn out? Amazing. I normally hate photos of myself however I easily found 40 shots that I loved. He thoughtfully composes each shot, ensures we at the correct angle, and then lights the shots with great precision. Our friends and family raved about the photos and everyone asked, 'who is your photographer?'. Worth every penny spent.

He combines great people skills which are necessary at events like weddings (including speaking multiple languages which came very handy) and amazing technical skills (low light photography, using backlight and other effects). I found Sasha by googling "Best Photographer in San Francisco." I reviewed his website and his portfolio. The pictures were absolutely stunning. I thoroughly read his website and then contacted him. He was a book of information for my last minute elopement. I was able to put it together in less than 4 weeks because of all the information he poured into his website and what he shared with me over the phone. He made suggestions for things that I had completely overlooked. We were ready for the big day within a couple of days of speaking to him. The details were a breeze and there was no guess work or pressure for anything additional. The day of the wedding, he was phenomenal. It happened to be the same day as an SF gala and the stairs (a picture I really wanted to take) were completely off limits. As we were making our way to check in - several people stopped to say hi to him (he's quite affable) and to tell us that we had the best photographer. He was able to capture some beautiful creative shots while we were waiting and to convince the magistrate to meet us on another floor (that's usually by reservation only) with practically only a smile. His creativity and vision made out for some stunning photos that I will treasure for the rest of my life. It was very important to us to have a photographer truly capture the moment since most of our family & friends would be unable to attend. We received the sneak peeks in just a few days and the rest of the photos within the time frame we had agreed upon. This was the best experience I've ever had, hand down. Of course i stumbled across this San Francisco wedding photographer looking for the San Francisco city hall page to figure out details/requirements. It was a blessing in disguise. The day of I was running behind and freaking out because we were supposed to be there a little bit before the shoot. He called to check in, and reassured me everything was ok and not to stress. If you are considering doing a city hall ceremony HIRE HIM. do NOT go anywhere else. He knew the place like the back of his hand. Was so calm and collected. Was on top of timing for when to get to the office to sign papers, to making sure we were on time for ceremony. He was more the just a photographer he was like the missing piece of the whole thing to keep everyone where they needed to be and all things in order.
