Christian and Ella were our photographers for our March 2024 wedding in Oakland. E&B was a pleasure to work with from the start. We communicated first with Chris, who was responsive and helpful. On the day of the wedding, Christian and Ella were wonderful. Somehow it didn't feel strange at all to have these two strangers with us all day because they were so professional and friendly. They were familiar with our schedule and shot list and got straight to work when they arrived. They were efficient and good at positioning people and giving suggestions for what to do in front of the camera. After the ceremony, my husband and I went outside with just Ella to take sunset photos. I thought I would be too tired to take more photos at that point, but Ella made it fun and quick and she got some great shots! Chris was quick to send a sneak preview just a couple days after the wedding, and we got the full download a few weeks later. We couldn't be happier with the way the photos turned out!

E&B did wedding photos for us for our ceremony and reception in Walnut Creek, and they did an excellent job. Not only did the photos come out great, but they were professional and efficient with posed photos. That ended up being really important to us because it was extremely hot out (103!), so it was great to get through the photos quickly and get everyone back into the shade!

Due to some unforeseen complications with our venue, we had to change both the venue and the schedule slightly, relatively late into the planning process. E&B were extremely helpful in figuring out how we could still get all the time for photos we needed, even proactively looking around for an air-conditioned space we could use to take pictures before the ceremony itself.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend them for wedding photos, they were able to take charge when needed for posed photos to make sure we got some excellent shots, but other than that we wouldn’t even have known they were there!

Chris was great to communicate with, and Christian and Ella did such a great job with the photography day-of! They were all a joy to work with and I would highly recommend e&b photography.

We are very fortunate to have had Christian and Ella (Associate Photographer) for our wedding day! We had met Christian for our engagement photoshoot, and communicated with Chris throughout the whole process. Chris is very organized, kind, and easy to communicate with. Christian does a great job of setting up natural shots, genuine moments, and incorporating movement to get some more candid photos. He was efficient with group photos by helping organize people quickly and keeping the mood light and fun with his great sense of humor. We loved having both Ella and Christian there, as they were both easy to work with and we benefitted from them both capturing moments in slightly different ways. Our engagement photos and sneak peek photos are gorgeous and we love how the true colors of the day show through the photos. We can't wait to see the rest of our wedding photos soon!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Chris and Christian! They are fun and easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and reasonably priced for truly excellent quality work. They photographed our wedding, and Christian was upbeat, fun, and easy to work with the entire time. My husband and I aren't the most naturally comfortable around cameras, but Christian put us at ease and had us joking around in no time! We really felt like they customized their approach with us, and let us be silly and ourselves around each other. The photos really reflect this! We're so happy to have beautiful photos that really capture the emotions of our special day.

Chris and Christian at e&b photography were a dream to work with for my wedding. They are so professional: responsive, organized, talented, and so easy to work with. It is clear to see that they have so much experience with capturing the most important moments of the big day as well as the candid moments that really capture the feelings of everyone at the wedding. We loved working with Chris and Christian at E&B Photography! The booking process was extremely easy, and they were very responsive to emails and any and all questions we had. While we initially weren't planning to do an engagement shoot, it was included in the package we chose, and we were very happy for the opportunity to get to know Christian before the wedding as well as to get comfortable in front of the camera. The pictures turned out beautifully and we received them not long after the shoot so we were able to use them for our wedding website and guestbook.

On our wedding day, Chris and Christian were relaxed and professional and found all the best spots to take pictures. We loved working with two shooters - they were efficient but made it enjoyable too. Afterwards we had family members tell us how great Chris and Christian were at organizing everyone for the family photos! They were also very prompt at getting the wedding pictures back to us, and when we went to put an album together we had the fortunate problem of too many good pictures to choose from. They are amazing at capturing natural photos with great lighting, and both the posed group shots and candids throughout the day are so relaxed and fun. We definitely recommend Christian and Chris!

At first, my favorite thing about e&b photography was the flexibility of their photography packages. I knew we didn't need 10 hours of photographer time for such a small wedding, and they were incredibly flexible and responsive while we figured out what we needed.

And once I met the people behind the camera, I really knew we'd made the right choice. Chris and Christian are the best photographer team you could ask for. They are personable, efficient, and have a great sense of what their clients want and how to make that shine through in the photos.

My partner and I aren't big on taking pictures together, and we didn't do an engagement session, so I was anxious about how we would feel playing "models" on our big day. Chris and Christian have a gentle presence that took away all the nerves. They made the family portraits process seamless and efficient so we could all get on with enjoying the rest of the day. They trooped through Oakland with us, grabbing shots of some of our favorite places and finding just the right light. In the end, it felt like we were hanging out with old friends who just happened to have cameras, and the resulting photos speak for themselves.
