Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Broadmoor, and she exceeded every expectation. She was proactive, thoughtful, and always seemed to have answers before I even knew what to ask, which made the entire process feel so easy and completely stress free. She is such a nice person, and every time I got off a call with her, I felt calmer and more confident about the planning process.

Jamie also thought of every little detail - on our wedding day, she made sure my husband and I had a quiet moment to ourselves before cocktail hour, something we were so grateful for during such a busy and emotional day. She also ensured our families were taken care of and always exactly where they needed to be.

The entire day flowed perfectly, every detail was handled flawlessly, and we never once had to think about logistics. Because of Jamie, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding. We cannot recommend her enough!

We originally hired her for a wedding at The Broadmoor in CO Springs, but when we decided to shift our venue to the Four Seasons Vail—well outside her usual territory—she didn’t miss a beat. She adapted effortlessly, built strong relationships with the new vendor team, and handled every detail as if she had worked there for years. Her professionalism, flexibility, and calm confidence were remarkable.

Throughout the planning process, Sarah was consistently available when needed, always ready to help coordinate meetings, share vendor recommendations, and talk through ideas. One of her qualities that I came to deeply appreciate was her commitment to being out of the office on weekends when she is working other weddings. At first, that can feel tough when you’re in planning mode—but after experiencing my own wedding weekend, I can say with absolute confidence that this is one of her greatest strengths.

During our wedding weekend, Sarah was incredible. Everything ran so smoothly that if there were any issues, I never knew about them—she handled everything behind the scenes with total grace. My parents still rave about how seamless the entire weekend felt. It was calm, coordinated, and beautifully executed from start to finish.

I used Jamie Mitchell as my planner through Sarah Viera Events for the month of my wedding, but she was available throughout the whole process to answer questions. Jamie Mitchell from Sarah Viera Events made planning a wedding in Colorado Springs from the East Coast such a smooth process! She provided us with short lists of great vendors for each aspect of the wedding that made selecting them really easy. She is a great communicator and went above and beyond with keeping track of all of the small details for our wedding weekend. Jamie and Sarah were rockstars during our wedding weekend dealing with subpar, unpredictable weather and even helping get mud stains off of my dress before the ceremony. Strongly recommend!

I could not say enough positive things about Jamie and the team at Sarah Viera. My husband came down with the flu the night of our rehearsal dinner and Jamie, Sarah, and the team, went above and beyond to make sure he could walk down the aisle and kept me calm to boot (think Jamie's husband waiting in line for two hours at Walgreens to pick up a Tamaflu prescription and Sarah organizing drip IV's). Jamie and Sarah pulled us through a 'worst case scenario' situation with grace, personal care and unbelievable kindness. We worked with both Sarah and Jamie, and they were both phenomenal! My husband and I live on the East Coast, and we really needed a planning team we could trust to help us design and plan our Colorado wedding at the Broadmoor. We are so glad we went with Sarah and Jamie! They are so creative, organized, and responsive! They understood our vision for our wedding and helped us refine it into an incredible event that all our family and friends are still raving about! They also go above and beyond for their couples, Jamie even sewed a button on my Dad's tux after it came off 30 minutes before the ceremony. We had Alyssa as our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! She was always so professional and organized. We decided to postpone our wedding and I was a bit unorganized with the planning the second time around, but Alyssa was always on top of it. She made sure everything was exactly how we wanted on the wedding day. On the day of there were a few mishaps, but no one would have ever known because Alyssa took care of it. Because of her we actually got to take it all in and enjoy our wedding day! We highly recommend Alyssa and the Sarah Viera Event Planning & Design Team!

Ok, so let's be honest - I was a little annoyed that my venue required a wedding planner for the day of and I was also a little annoyed at the prices for day of planners (not Sarah specifically but just in general) because I thought to myself "How much can they possibly be doing if I'm planning everything leading up to it" and "How good can they possibly be if we are only having a few conversations leading up to the day but I was the one who organized everything up until that point." I would just like to go on record to say that I was wrong. I dont know if I was wrong for every day of planner, but I most definitely was wrong about Sarah. She went above and beyond in helping me - even when I'm pretty sure it didn't fall under her official roles and responsibilities. I was a covid bride and Sarah was SUPER accommodating in pushing the wedding out, helped with recommendations and answered questions in the months leading up to the event, and helped to make sure everything was neat and tidy before the big day. I was definitely nervous if things would come together with me handing everything off to Sarah but let me tell you....THE DAY WAS PERFECT. I didn't have to think about anything or worry about what came next. It was like Sarah was everywhere at once and doing everything because I literally didn't have to do anything except enjoy my day. My mom was planning on being the one who sort of helped keep everything moving (at least from a set up/break down perspective) and anytime she went to do something, Sarah was right there saying "No no no. let me do that!". My mom is not easily impressed and she couldn't stop raving about Sarah. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding or day of planner - jump off that fence right now! At least if you're considering Sarah :)
