I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah. We originally hired her for a wedding at The Broadmoor in CO Springs, but when we decided to shift our venue to the Four Seasons Vail—well outside her usual territory—she didn’t miss a beat. She adapted effortlessly, built strong relationships with the new vendor team, and handled every detail as if she had worked there for years. Her professionalism, flexibility, and calm confidence were remarkable.
Throughout the planning process, Sarah was consistently available when needed, always ready to help coordinate meetings, share vendor recommendations, and talk through ideas. One of her qualities that I came to deeply appreciate was her commitment to being out of the office on weekends when she is working other weddings. At first, that can feel tough when you’re in planning mode—but after experiencing my own wedding weekend, I can say with absolute confidence that this is one of her greatest strengths.
During our wedding weekend, Sarah was incredible. Everything ran so smoothly that if there were any issues, I never knew about them—she handled everything behind the scenes with total grace. My parents still rave about how seamless the entire weekend felt. It was calm, coordinated, and beautifully executed from start to finish.
If she’s hard to reach during another client’s wedding weekend, know it’s because she is giving them the same full attention and care she will give you when it’s your turn. And trust me—you will be so grateful. It was truly a pleasure planning our wedding with Sarah by my side. -

I used Jamie Mitchell as my planner through Sarah Viera Events for the month of my wedding, but she was available throughout the whole process to answer questions. To say she was an absolute dream to work with is an immense understatement! I truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing regarding my vendors or my venue, she handled it all which was a huge load off my plate the month leading up to my wedding. I highly highly recommend using Sarah Viera Events and Jamie Mitchell for your events, I would absolutely use their services again! -

Jamie Mitchell from Sarah Viera Events made planning a wedding in Colorado Springs from the East Coast such a smooth process! She provided us with short lists of great vendors for each aspect of the wedding that made selecting them really easy. She is a great communicator and went above and beyond with keeping track of all of the small details for our wedding weekend. Jamie and Sarah were rockstars during our wedding weekend dealing with subpar, unpredictable weather and even helping get mud stains off of my dress before the ceremony. Strongly recommend! -

We worked with both Sarah and Jamie, and they were both phenomenal! My husband and I live on the East Coast, and we really needed a planning team we could trust to help us design and plan our Colorado wedding at the Broadmoor. We are so glad we went with Sarah and Jamie! They are so creative, organized, and responsive! They understood our vision for our wedding and helped us refine it into an incredible event that all our family and friends are still raving about! They also go above and beyond for their couples, Jamie even sewed a button on my Dad's tux after it came off 30 minutes before the ceremony. I was completely relaxed and present in the moment on my wedding day because I knew they had every little detail covered. I can't recommend them highly enough! -

I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah Viera. She was organized, punctual, classy and all around lovely to work with. She is experienced in the field, quick to respond to emails, had excellent recommendations for photographers/vendors and was able to answer every question and concern we had. She made us feel at ease when our venue had to make a last minute location change from an outside ceremony to inside due to rain. She exceeded my expectations in every way and made our day feel like a top priority. Sarah is really the gold standard of wedding planning - would recommend to any bride to be! -

I can't imagine my day without Sarah Viera and her team!! Sarah was amazing and attentive at every step during the wedding planning process. Navigating covid-19 was difficult enough, Sarah made everything seamless and beautiful even with the necessary adjustments. I only wish she could plan my wedding over and over again!!! -

Sarah is my savior! I used her for “day of coordination” but she does so much more than what the title implies. She is with you the whole way assisting with vendor issues, the catering tasting, helping plan a cohesive schedule, talking you out of terrible ideas, she is an expert of her craft, she is super knowledgeable, and you can tell she has years of expertise! I ran into a huge problem with my venue, they essentially cancelled my wedding after we had booked and paid a deposit they decided they were “turning it into a restaurant”, we ended up hiring a lawyer to settle the issue, but from then on I had 0 trust or faith in their staff, I turned to Sarah to ensure that everything moving forward was according to plan and without her I don’t think I would have had any confidence in the venue day-of team. She was able to pull everyone together and I had 100% trust in her day of, I had not a worry in the world. She is fun, easy going, but gets things done. She helped me include my dog in my wedding, walk him, helped corral some rowdy groomsmen and just had everything on point and under control at all times. I really can say she made it the day of my dreams and probably had a much harder battle than normal and she made it feel like no big deal in the end. Everything turned out perfectly! -

Where do I begin! My mother and I would have been lost without Sarah as we were planning a destination wedding at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs from Texas.
She is definitely the expert at what she does and we took her advice and recommendations from stylistic choices all the way to vendors, food, and etiquette advice. She has your best interest in mind and is tactful at giving her honest opinion. She is kind but direct and on top of every detail up until the very end. We were incredibly impressed with her throughout the entire process!
She took the lead on communication with all vendors and coordination, which was more valuable than I ever thought! She made sure that all of our belongings made it to our room and even had a sweet gift box and note for us, which my husband and I thought was such great attention to detail by going above and beyond.
Sarah and I talked leading up to the wedding so much that I immediately missed her after it was over!!
Our rehearsal dinner and wedding day would not have been executed to the level we wanted if it was not for Sarah and all of her hard work! Thank you so much Sarah, you were invaluable.
