Elite Events provided us with extra string lights for our wedding and it really just made our wedding ambience perfect. They had worked with our venue (Solvang Theaterfest) in the past, so it was very easy to connect with them and get them to come to the venue and give their recommendations for lighting. Their recommendations were perfect and when I ended up needing to lessen the amount of lights to accommodate our budget, they helped us narrow it down and their advice and instruction was perfect. Joanna was a joy to work with – so easy to contact and connect with. They handled all of the installation and take down and connected with our venue manager on their own and it was all so smooth and easy. And I can’t stress enough, the lights really just made the dance floor and evening reception perfect. It was like a fairytale and looked so wonderful. They had to be my favorite vendor. I had a wedding at an outdoor venue where we had to bring EVERYTHING in so the rental company was a very important element to the day. In terms of communication and responsiveness, no one else even came close. Their prices were very reasonable. They were so easy to work with, very professional and so understanding with all my minor edits/changes/concerns. They do have just about everything you may need to rent for a wedding. We rented our chairs, tables and external dance floor from Santa Ynez Elite Party Rentals.

They had an excellent inventory with the best prices that we saw in the local area.

They were very kind and flexible to work with us when our wedding had to be postponed twice. Also, when we decided at the last minute to add an external dance floor but kept going back and forth about the size we wanted.

Delivery and Pick up went smooth, and the Santa Ynez Elite Party Rentals did not interrupt the venues normal operations during pick up and delivery.

Santa Ynez Elite Rentals was great to work with for our wedding. They provided great tableware, furniture, and the like. Yajahira and Brenda were extremely friendly and responsive, and I valued their feedback when asking for advice (new to the whole wedding planning thing!). We enjoyed visiting their showroom floor and putting together a model to really get an idea of what we could expect on our day. They provided us with exactly what we wanted and were punctual in delivery and pick ups. Their delivery crew was especially helpful, even giving us a hand moving some other things on the property as we set up for the ceremony—totally unnecessary on their part. We appreciated their products and received many compliments on our table set-ups. The chairs for our ceremony and dance floor were also very nice, making for a beautiful day for us. Thank you guys, you went above and beyond to make the set up and take down as smooth as it was, and you were an integral part of making our day so special. We highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Fast and friendly and professional communication, reliable service and great rental items to choose from. From first contact to delivery to set up to return, everyone was wonderful to work with. And their prices were definitely the most reasonable of anyone in the Santa Ynez Valley. If you're getting married in the Santa Ynez Valley, you basically have two choices of rental companies. We spoke to both at length, and went with Elite because their prices were a little lower. I believe the competitor has a bigger selection if you're having a very formal affair, but for our needs (huge wedding, classic and simple), Elite was perfect. We had an amazing experience with them. Everything came in great condition and looked amazing. The entire event was a huge success, and they pulled through with some extra heaters and cocktail tables at the last moment, which was great. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Elite was really great to work with for our wedding, they were very quick to respond and answer any questions or changes I had. They had someone come out and meet with me and our wedding coordinator at the venue to go over the layout and make sure we had everything we needed.
