Elite Events provided us with extra string lights for our wedding and it really just made our wedding ambience perfect. They had worked with our venue (Solvang Theaterfest) in the past, so it was very easy to connect with them and get them to come to the venue and give their recommendations for lighting. Their recommendations were perfect and when I ended up needing to lessen the amount of lights to accommodate our budget, they helped us narrow it down and their advice and instruction was perfect. Joanna was a joy to work with – so easy to contact and connect with. They handled all of the installation and take down and connected with our venue manager on their own and it was all so smooth and easy. And I can’t stress enough, the lights really just made the dance floor and evening reception perfect. It was like a fairytale and looked so wonderful. Hire Elite Events for all of your wedding rentals – especially their lighting – they are so great to work with and will elevate your event. -

They had to be my favorite vendor. I had a wedding at an outdoor venue where we had to bring EVERYTHING in so the rental company was a very important element to the day. In terms of communication and responsiveness, no one else even came close. Their prices were very reasonable. They were so easy to work with, very professional and so understanding with all my minor edits/changes/concerns. They do have just about everything you may need to rent for a wedding. Highly recommend! -

We rented our chairs, tables and external dance floor from Santa Ynez Elite Party Rentals.
They had an excellent inventory with the best prices that we saw in the local area.
They were very kind and flexible to work with us when our wedding had to be postponed twice. Also, when we decided at the last minute to add an external dance floor but kept going back and forth about the size we wanted.
Delivery and Pick up went smooth, and the Santa Ynez Elite Party Rentals did not interrupt the venues normal operations during pick up and delivery. -

We were consistently on the phone revising thing's making sure they're just such and even the day before when the weather was looking like it might be a tad chilly we were able to order heaters which were going to be much needed. Pam and our caterer worked closely to ensure that all rentals were accounted for and that the caterer had what he would need to do his job. The quality of the rentals was also above what I expected. I've been to other events where thing's look dated and whethered but since Santa Ynez Elite Party Rentals is newer everything they had looked great and was in excellent condition. Pam's team also took care of our outdoor lighting needs by stringing some lights over the dancefloor and uplighting some of these amazing tree's in the area. They also offered options of having colored light's but that wasn't for our vision. Lastly, as an alternative to ordering 2 set's of chairs, for the ceremony and reception, Pam's team moved the chairs during the cocktail hour and it ended up MUCH cheaper than ordering more chairs. In my opinion Pam really has your best interest in mind and will work with you, like with us, to make sure everything is accounted for and will suggest cost effective solutions. Pam and her team rocked!
