We used Sagebrush Catering out of Mooresville and they did an outstanding service for our daughter's wedding. Brides...this is the way to go especially if you don't want the typical BBQ meals at a barn venue. The grilled steak and chicken we ordered for the guest turned out perfect. Beautiful salads plated, their Cowboy potatoes and yeast rolls with honey butter are to die for! They set up the most beautiful appetizer tables for cocktail hour. Everybody raved about their shrimp cocktail. Caterer coordinator, Christine, had my back as mother of the bride and made the process super easy for me! Best part was all the left overs were packed in to go containers when most small business caterers will not let you keep the food you paid for. We had the best left overs for the next several days and even froze some for later. Thank you Sagebrush...so glad you were at the bridal show I attended.

I chose Sagebrush as the caterer for our wedding reception simply because they have delicious food at a reasonable price. Ashley was my point of contact with the restaurant. Her professionalism eased my need for control and her promptness and attention to detail was very much appreciated. She helped to make sure that I didn't order too much food for our guests and even threw in to-go boxes for the guests who wanted to take food home with them.
