Safe Harbor Port Annapolis in Annapolis, Maryland, offers an exceptional waterfront setting for weddings, featuring panoramic coastal views within the Chesapeake marina.

Venue Overview:
The pavilion includes 3,000 square feet of event space with a 12-foot vaulted ceiling, measuring 45' x 65'. It features a gazebo, patio pavers, and landscaped grounds surrounding the deck.

Rental Period:
A 13-hour rental period is provided from 10 AM to 11 PM, including a 2‑hour setup window and a 1‑hour breakdown period typically required by caterers.

Bridal Suite:
A private dressing and sitting room with a full bath is available during the rental period. Early access on Friday before 5 PM may be available if the suite is not reserved for another event.

Tables and Chairs:
The venue provides a selection of tables (60" round; 8', 6', 5', and 4' rectangular; 36" low rounds; and 30" high-top cocktail tables) and chairs (white resin padded chairs and standard ceremony chairs).

Side Panels:
65-foot windowed side panels are available for full enclosure at an additional fee.

Setup and Breakdown:
Venue staff will manage the setup and breakdown of all provided rentals.

Parking:
Complimentary parking is available in designated pavilion areas.

Restrooms:
Four single-stall, ADA-accessible restrooms are onsite.

Reservation Requirements:
A signed contract and a $500 security deposit are required to secure a date. $450 is refunded after the event, pending a clean, undamaged space and return of all rentals.

Catering:
Outside caterers are welcome. All caterers must complete a site walk-through and provide Health and Liability Insurance Certificates.

Alcohol Service:
Beer, wine, and spirits are permitted with appropriate Liquor Liability Insurance. All alcohol servers must hold valid Maryland State Alcohol Awareness certification.

May Marina Wedding

Can’t say thank you enough to Stephanie & Scott from Port A for helping our day go as stress free & as smooth as possible. They both went above and beyond for us! From helping me decide the final layout of tables, adding last minute decor, to a very stressful last minute seating change due to the weather- the crew was on top of everything! Couldn’t have imagined my special day going any differently! 10/10 would recommend to any bride!!

Couldn't have picked a better venue

Port Annapolis was such an amazing venue and I couldn't have chosen a better place to have our reception. It's beautiful, right on the water, and even though it was pretty warm out, the breeze from the water cooled things down. They were so accommodating and helped answer any questions I had throughout the entire planning process. They were there cleaning, mowing, planting flowers, and getting everything set up for us the week of. We were able to use the bridal suite Friday-Sunday which made storing things, setting/cleaning up so much easier. Everyone we worked with there was so kind and patient, which was really nice for a frantic bride like me! No regrets!

Best place for our day!

I cannot speak highly enough of this venue. It is gorgeous, outdoors, has a breeze off the water, and has twinkle lights under the pavilion to add some spark. The executive assistant, Stephanie and Liz were always incredibly helpful and friendly. They were so nice to work with throughout the planning process. Something else I really liked was that they sent a PowerPoint to help you set up the layout for the day of. This eased my stress, as it gave me an idea of what it would look like and what would go where. In addition, it ensured I had everything I needed.
In terms of the set up, this venue had workers who set up the tables and made sure everything was set up. My day of coordinator said they were a great help and that Scott was there to ask any questions to throughout the day.
I am so grateful that I found this venue and was able to put my vision into reality. It was perfect.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our event was at Port Annapolis! Jenna and Scott were so kind, patient and helpful in setting up our corporate event. I needed to make some last minute changes (more tables) and Jenna accommodate us with ease. We loved using the grill and the dinghy boat cooler is quite literally the coolest bar set up ever!! The venue is beautiful with serene water views and the wonderful breeze. Our guests had a wonderful time and remarked at the beauty of the pavillion and surrounding space. Perfection!

Jenna Soneira was wonderful to work with for our event. We had a staff party at the Pavilion, and although it was quite hot outside, the cover of the pavilion and the breeze off of the water provided a coolness to the air. The scenery was amazing and the service from Jenna and crew was above and beyond our expectations! I highly recommend this venue as it offers a gorgeous view, nice coverage if it rains, great atmosphere and wonderful service!

My husband & I had our reception at the Port Annapolis Marina in September of 2017 and could not have been happier with the venue and the staff. Linda is wonderful to work with and gave us so many great recommendations. It is the perfect place to get the “Annapolis” experience.

We held a Welcome Dinner (aka Rehearsal Dinner but for all 90+ of our out-of-town guests!) for our daughter's wedding and it was PERFECT!!! Linda was incredibly responsive and flexible and coordinated well with the caterer. The weather was iffy so she and I were in frequent contact during the hours before the dinner to make joint decisions about enclosing the pavilion. It's a beautiful site, beautifully maintained, and was a wonderful introduction for our family and friends to the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay region. Thank you!

Port Annapolis Marina is the perfect venue for an outdoor wedding/reception. My daughter got married there on 9/10/16, and it was just about perfect!! From my first contact to the last minute, Linda was wonderful to work with. She is attentive and available to answer all questions, and worked with us the whole time. The other staff are also accessible and helpful. The venue is beautiful, and it is a great value! I highly recommend Port Annapolis Marina to have a beautiful, outdoor wedding!

Port Annapolis is the perfect venue for an outdoor, waterfront wedding! The space is gorgeous, the amenities are exactly what is needed and the staff is accommodating. Linda was so helpful in every step leading up to the big day! She helped me design the layout of tables and chairs to match my vision. We were married the weekend of Hurricane Joaquin, so there were a lot of last minute changes. Linda was there to work with me and keep me calm. She also helped me secure a tent rental with a great referral. Despite the rain and wind, the venue was perfect! It allows for an excellent rain plan. Our guests LOVED the venue and raved about how unique it was. I cannot recommend Port Annapolis enough for your wedding!!

We can't say enough about this venue!! From day one, Linda and her crew were so attentive and answered every question we had. Leading up until the day of our wedding, there was never anything to worry about, even in the case of rain. The day of, the landscaping was beautiful, and we received so many compliments on the location & view. It even rained the night of our reception - and it was still beautiful! The amenities that were included with the rental of this venue were also exceptional. We are so happy we decided to have our reception here.
