I dont know if I am correct but I believe that woman that helped me was Laura, she was so warm and friendly. She give you this feeling of assurance and once you place your order you are not worried about a thing! I was surprised to find out they hand write notes and their handwriting is very nice. I will only order from Sada's from now on!
