At Rustic Chic Events and Rentals we specialize in wedding planning and event planning at reasonable prices. We’ve done work with corporate clients in producing themed parties, seminars, conferences as well as trade shows. Hosting an event, perhaps an engagement party or special birthday party, we can help you with the planning and execution.

Getting married? We’ve helped brides who are looking for wedding planners to handle all the details and DIY brides who want us to take their plans and execute their wedding on the day of. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and more than we could ask for. From the beginning of our first meeting until the day of our wedding, she helped us feel at ease. Every step of the way she was there to help us with any questions we had and guided us towards our big day.

We only hired her as the Day of Coordinator, as we planned the wedding ourselves. Our wedding was at the Lake Temescal Beach House and had about 80 guests. The two biggest things that we were worried about most was dealing with our caterer and making sure everything was executed well. With Jennifer's help, she was able to figure out how to deal with our difficult caterer before the wedding and during. This alone really put us at rest, as our caterer didn't turn out to be the most flexible during our time crunch.

Our wedding was very geared towards our personal style, from table center pieces, to custom backdrops and even a segment where we showed a video of our Zombie Engagement! All these moving parts were methodically planned and given a tiny window to setup, so of course the pressure was on Jennifer to make sure these things were done to a "T". And guess what? We didn't doubt her work for one moment as we knew she would follow through with her great work ethic. We were so happy and so proud of Jennifer for helping pull off our biggest day.

Jen... we can't thank you enough for being there for us and helping us make this day so magical for us. We are forever grateful for everything you've done for us: the evening calls, the rehearsal, your drives out from San Rafael, and the late night after the wedding... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! Jennifer was brilliant every step of the way in helping us make our wedding a magical experience. We hired her for "Day of Coordination" but her services actually started 4 months earlier with monthly check-in calls and checklists to keep us on track. She was, essentially, our project manager helping us manage the details of our wedding from month-to-month. She asked the right questions and helped us turn a mountain of overwhelming details into the most incredible wedding weekend celebration we could have ever dreamt.

Jen with Rustic Chic Events was Awesome!!!
We had about 100 guests at our backyard wedding and basically did everything DIY. Jen was a miracle worker in bringing all my random small ideas together flawlessly.
I'll admit I am a bit of procrastinator but Jen was always very on top of our phone calls and meeting times and kept me accountable which was so helpful!
Because we had very few vendors the majority of the work fell on us and Jen did an amazing job organizing and handling everything without bothering us about every detail.
She was so sweet and knowledgable, thinking of the small details I never would have! She was a savior for a DIY couple for sure.
Even when there were vendor hangups she handled it professionally and pulled everything together.

Absolutely such a pleasure working with Jen, and if I ever take on another big party, she will be my first call.
