Amazing place, and atmosphere! Kay is super helpful, and we had an amazing day! I can't say enough about how beautiful out wedding and reception was here.

Barn was beautiful and I did not really have to bring any of my own decorations. Price was reasonable but I believe it has since doubled. I had from Tuesday the week before to Monday after to set up and tear down. Drawback of renting the barn is that the venue owner, Kay is too involved and over bearing before, during and after the event. She asks a lot of the bride and groom in terms of what to tell your guests, how to tear down, and sent angry messages on Facebook when she couldn't find something that was moved about 6ft from where it was.
I have heard from caterers that owner is upset if she is not welcomed to the wedding reception and offered food. Was upset that we had a dry wedding. Very odd woman

Decorations and location beautiful. The barn was extremely hot. Fans just circulate warm air. No roof vents to let hot air out and not ONE ceiling fan!

A number of rsvp’s didn’t show and they ran out of food!!!

Don’t make the mistake of bringing ANY drink of your own in …. Even a water! I officiated and it was brutally warm. Asked for some water and they wanted $1 for it.


The owner makes sure she gets your food and appetizers to eat. She is rude and not friendly.

A guest passed out from the heat. ALL the staff but the bartender left the building and couldn’t be found!

The DJ’s wife was a nurse and handled the incident.

They make you pay for EVERYTHING!

Lots of venues like this have free cold water with small cups to keep guests hydrated!
