Ruff is very fairly priced and is an easygoing, and patient guy to work with. Ruff directed us very well and did make make us feel the pressure of the camera on us, rather capturing us in our best moments of normalcy with one another. He is very easy to work with, even though we were late due to some wrong directions, he stayed later to finish all the shots necessary. I strongly advise anyone who wants their best moments as a couple be captured and represented in pictures to hire him.

RuffMedia might be the official videographer for all of my friends. He’s worked with almost 7 weddings I’ve been to so I just had to get them for my wedding! After working with them, I can see why. They’re EXTREMELY professional and talented. They work so well with the photographer, jumping in and out and collaborating with your photographer so you get the most out of video/photo. They definitely have some of the coolest shots, and camera angles that you don’t see everyday. Ruff and Leslie are so nice and you it feels like you just made a lifelong friend after your wedding (that’s pretty cool). They also cater so well to certain unique things to your wedding. Working with rough is a 5/5 and you should definitely hire them for your wedding!

I could have written this review earlier as I had the best feeling I would love everything out videographers made and its SO true! Ruffmedia was amazing to work with from the very beginning, so communicative and responsive with quotes and making your custom package and they were so flexible with all the changes that COVID 19 threw at us (including date change). Our videographers were the sweetest guys and so professional. They took everything we wanted into consideration and made the best recaps that really felt like us. We really couldn't have asked for more. Would 1000% recommend!

We hired the BEST of the BEST to shoot our wedding! We're so happy with our wedding video, we were taken back to those emotions of having to plan a wedding during a pandemic.. We had an eye on their photography and cinematography work even before we got engaged. We booked them well in advanced just because our date was popular, 8/18/18. We truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end with the engagement shoot, wedding photos, and full motion video. Leslie was responsive emailing back and forth in a timely manner. She addressed all of our questions in a timely manner and left no detail out. On our wedding day, Ruff and his team were incredible. There's not enough words to explain how amazing and easy it is to work with RuffMedia. From the initial consultation to our day of the wedding, Leslie and Ruff were very professional and a lot of fun. It was as if they've been our friends for a long time. Especially since they were very accessible via email from the moment we booked them (which was a little more than a year in advance). They made sure to capture every detail and were also very patient in working with us when it came to making decisions. We were able to do a 'romantic short' which is like an engagement shoot but for video and they were so easy to work with and capture a style of video that we loved! They helped us with our vision and even incorporated our dog in the video.

On the day of the wedding, we had a different company doing photography (Dustin and Avalon from True Photography) and we quickly saw that Ruff and Leslie were able to work with them easily and efficiently. It almost felt like a bunch of friends hanging out and just taking photos. It definitely made our wedding day fun and easy!!

Ruff and Leslie are amazing artists and we are glad we chose them for our wedding! Though we're still waiting on the final video since our wedding was only 2 weeks ago (right before the holidays) we know it will be amazing and are excited to see the final product!!
