Ruff is very fairly priced and is an easygoing, and patient guy to work with. Ruff directed us very well and did make make us feel the pressure of the camera on us, rather capturing us in our best moments of normalcy with one another. He is very easy to work with, even though we were late due to some wrong directions, he stayed later to finish all the shots necessary. I strongly advise anyone who wants their best moments as a couple be captured and represented in pictures to hire him. -

RuffMedia might be the official videographer for all of my friends. He’s worked with almost 7 weddings I’ve been to so I just had to get them for my wedding! After working with them, I can see why. They’re EXTREMELY professional and talented. They work so well with the photographer, jumping in and out and collaborating with your photographer so you get the most out of video/photo. They definitely have some of the coolest shots, and camera angles that you don’t see everyday. Ruff and Leslie are so nice and you it feels like you just made a lifelong friend after your wedding (that’s pretty cool). They also cater so well to certain unique things to your wedding. Working with rough is a 5/5 and you should definitely hire them for your wedding! -

We hired the BEST of the BEST to shoot our wedding! We're so happy with our wedding video, we were taken back to those emotions of having to plan a wedding during a pandemic.. Ruffmedia captured the essence of our wedding beautifully. For those who couldn't be there, they were happy to witness our wedding through our wedding day video highlight. They felt all those raw emotions that they couldn't witness in person and we are forever grateful! Ruffmedia was very professional, flexible, and responsive during these difficult times when wedding planning has become stressful and unpleasant for everyone. Thank you for making our day so special! -

I could have written this review earlier as I had the best feeling I would love everything out videographers made and its SO true! Ruffmedia was amazing to work with from the very beginning, so communicative and responsive with quotes and making your custom package and they were so flexible with all the changes that COVID 19 threw at us (including date change). Our videographers were the sweetest guys and so professional. They took everything we wanted into consideration and made the best recaps that really felt like us. We really couldn't have asked for more. Would 1000% recommend! -

We had an eye on their photography and cinematography work even before we got engaged. We booked them well in advanced just because our date was popular, 8/18/18. We truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end with the engagement shoot, wedding photos, and full motion video. Leslie was responsive emailing back and forth in a timely manner. RuffMedia and team are professional but fun, made us feel comfortable, and pay close attention to detail. We love reliving our special day through their creative photos and video. They have our highest recommendation!! -

Vanessa Sent on 10/24/2017For starters, Ruffmedia likes one of my pictures instagram! I later stalked their page and found that I loved their work. It was fate that allowed me to choose such a talented group of people. After convincing my now husband that they had to be our photographers; I contacted Leslie and found that she made the process so easy. Any question I had; Leslie was quick to answer. Day of the wedding, the whole team made an effort to get to know how we bonded as a group. We quickly became comfortable with them as they caught on to my favorite pose along with my husbands. We had a very large wedding party, they handled it like champs ! The attention to detail is beyond words, our wedding video was perfect along with all the still images. Furthermore, our relationship went beyond just our wedding. We lost a loved one a few months out from the wedding; Leslie was kind enough to search through our wedding photos and find pictures of my father in law to send to me. They captured moments that my family and I will forever cherish. Thank you ruff media, you did more than capture our wedding day, you captured the loving words of my father in law along with his contagious laugh and smile.
Side note, it is worth the wait as they edit through the video and images! -

If you are thinking about getting a videographer and/or photographer to capture your special day, book with RuffMedia. Of all the recommendations and suggestions our friends had given my husband and I, RuffMedia grabbed our attention immediately. We fell in love with their cinematography type style, very "movie-esk.” Perfectly capturing the emotions that naturally happen during special events; "the love, laughter, and the happily ever after.” Quoted from their website that we believe they truly capture. Without a doubt, we knew we wanted to book with them and that was one of the first things we did while planning our wedding.
Even with the pandemic changing our initial plans, I knew we had to make it work in order to have Ruffmedia capture our special day. They were so awesome to work with. Their team made us feel comfortable and made it fun. (Thank you Ruff and Drew! And shoutout to Leslie who we were in contact with.) They had the perfect amount of professionalism and enthusiasm and can definitely tell the amount of passion they have for their talent. Even with our wedding being in the gray times of the pandemic, where things were still closed or at 25% capacity, they will able to produce our amazing wedding highlight and capture breathtaking photos. My husband and I aren’t very fond of taking photos and are naturally awkward when it comes to being in front of the camera. But they were able to capture the best parts of us and that is definitely what you want when looking for a videographer/photographer. We had opted out from taking engagement photos and got animated prints instead, but after seeing the amazing work they have done, I wish we would’ve booked them to take engagement photos as well. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with RuffMedia, because of their amazingly talented team, my husband and I will be able to relive our wedding day all over again.
