RSVP Events provides four wedding packages for couples to consider: A Luxury Wedding Affair, The Total Package, Finishing Touches and Day of Coordination. Best Bat Mitzvah party planners!

RSVP was the best. Rachel was like having my best friend help with all the details. She was responsive and encouraging and had the most amazing suggestions. Having Rachel and Cheryl on site the day of and through our party was the most valuable. They made sure everything looked great and the party went on without a hitch.

Best Event Planner

Rachel is a phenomenal event planner. She planned a beautiful wedding for us in Coronado. She was there for us every step of the way. She had a detailed itinerary list and kept us track so we wouldn’t be so overwhelmed. She helped with budgeting, decor ideas, to finding the best vendors for our celebration. She was available a day and night via email and phone calls. We wouldn’t have been able to have our dream wedding without her. She is a true gem!

Excellence

Our wedding event was special and easy to navigate because of Rachel (RSVP Events). We work many hours and did not have the time to devote to planning the wedding. Rachel took the pressure from us She took our ideas and dreams and made the wedding happen. Our day was special and perfect and we would not have changed a thing.

Rachel is a true professional, an easy communicator, and a pleasure to work with. She has a list of vendors that she uses and I would use them all again as they all were perfect on the day. I would highly recommend her as she made our dreams come true. We would only use RSVP Events for future celebrations.

Highly recommend!

Rachel was amazing with helping us plan every detail of the wedding we were picturing! We started working with her about a year before, and there’s no way we could have done it without her constant communication, help and suggestions, vendor referrals, and so much more. It was everything we were hoping for and more, despite my worries throughout the process (which she always helped with). Rachel was awesome to work with and we would recommend her to anyone wanting a thorough, creative, communicative, and fun wedding planner.

Beautiful backyard birthday party

Rachel recently helped me plan an amazing 50th birthday party! This was the second event she has planned for me and once again she was amazing! From our first conversation about how to pull off a small, outdoor gathering of close friends just as people were starting to get vaccinated for COVID, to set-up the day of, she was on top of every detail, made everything easy for me, and suggested some really fun ideas. She works with a wide arrange of vendors and helped me stay within budget while bringing my vision to life. It was an evening to remember! We've already booked her again for another family event next year. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely amazing

Rachel is by far the most amazing planner you could be lucky enough to have! She has decades of experience and literally thinks of every last detail. She is kind, funny, and professional! She has a ton of incredible vendor recommendations and is always very responsive. I was a 2020 covid bride and Rachel’s ability to pivot and regroup never ceased to amaze me. She was so accommodating and flexible during all of the uncertainty and I couldn’t be more thankful. Planning an event can be stressful on its own let alone adding something like covid into the mix but she never skipped a beat. She is worth every last penny and more! If there were more than 5 stars she would be one to deserve them!

Rachel is a true professional! THE BEST

Rachel is an absolutely phenomenal event planner! She knows the business and is extremely detail oriented. She took every phone call and listened to all the details we wanted then made them happen. If there was a problem or issue she had solutions or options for us. She’s calming, very patient, kind, and has great taste. She was truly a pleasure to work with and we are so very thankful to have had her planning expertise for our wedding ( in a pandemic mind you). Rachel is the BEST and you 1000% should hire her!
