Alex and Olga baked THE most delicious cake I have ever had. At least 10 wedding guests independently told us it was the best wedding cake they ever had! From the day Olga sat with me and my mom in the shop drawing out the 4-tier cake, to whipping up a sample of my custom fresh strawberry-and-coconut flavors, to the delivery and fresh flower decorating, Royal Bakery has exceeded all of my expectations. It took a lot of willpower to freeze the top layer of our cake instead of eating it right up!

DELICIOUS! We tried ALOT of cake and Royal Deli & Bakery was freaking delicious. The husband and wife team made an absolutely delicious cake! We had red velvet there and it was so so so good, we also ordered some tarts and chocolate dipped strawberrys. I heard those were awesome, they were so good they dissapeared immediately and we didnt get a chance to try it. Next time we are down by salinas we will stop by for some of their other goodies! Thank you Alex and Olga, you made not only a beautiful cake but a delicous cake as well!

My wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and half the price of all other local bakeries. I highly recommend Royal Bakery to all brides! Oh and the cake is also yummy, you can have it with fresh fruit, really fabulous!

The cake was delicious and pretty, but not decorated as had been discussed with the cake deisgner. The back side of the cake was completely plain and undecorated and the front was decorated less than had been discussed. It did taste good however.
