Freedom Bakery (&Confections) is a family owned and managed, second-generation bakery in Watsonville, California. We are centrally located in heart of Monterey Bay and have been catering special occasions for more than 40 years! From cakes to cupcakes, desserts & favors, we’re here to make your special day as sweet as possible. We are a full retail bakery so our reliability and professionalism is unmatched. As a family business, we also understand the importance of details on special occasions, especially on wedding days. So we have a dedicated Wedding Team to assist all our couples with unique styles and budgets.
Services Offered
Our wedding cake is available for pick-up or set-up and delivery within our delivery area. We also offer Tasting Plates and Cake Consultations. Our cookie favors are shipped anywhere in the United States. For our out of town couples, our Wedding Team has experience in working remotely with you to finalize details easiest as possible.
