The wedding cake was everything we could have dreamed of. It was extremely delicious and the design was incredible. Exactly what we had envisioned when we gave the bakers our ideas. The raspberry amaretto was to die for! We highly recommend Freedom Bakery for you special occasions!

I was referred to freedom bakery by a family friend. The whole process was extremely and very smooth! Communication was amazing. I love that I was able to make my payments online.
I love that they offer a wide variety of delicious flavors. It was hard to make a final choice.
The cakes arrived to the wedding venue perfectly packaged and chilled until it was ready to be served. We received so many compliments.

Freedom Bakery Made Our Wedding Desserts Unforgettable
We chose Freedom Bakery to do our wedding desserts. First off, the take home cake sample platter was amazing… the best idea! Second, the flavors were out of this world and the actual wedding cake (raspberry with lemon) was delicious! Not dry, frosting was perfectly balanced with the filling, and the lemon wasn't too overpowering. I'm telling you, it was on point. Not only was our cake delicious but so were the desserts for the dessert bar! The cheesecake tartlets were the bomb, as were the fruit tartlets, shooter cups, cookies, mini cupcakes… E-VER-Y-THING! Everyone talked about how good the desserts were, and they took my inspo pics for the cake design and knocked it out of the park. You can't go wrong with this place!

We loved our cake!
Freedom Bakery made our cutting cake for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We requested a heart-shaped, 4-layer cake with the Belgian chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse flavor (the Monterey), and it was incredible! We had a family member pick it up (they don't deliver 1-tier cakes) at their Monterey location, and it stayed quite well up until the cake-cutting portion of the evening. We will definitely be back around our first anniversary to order a similar cake to celebrate.

Yummiest cake, easy team to work with!
We tried a A LOT of cake and couldn't find the right cake until we met Freedom Bakery. Their wedding team is extremely responsive and the cake is fabulous (we went with mango coconut mousse). Not only was this the yummiest cake we tasted but the PRICES WERE THE MOST REASONABLE in the area. A win win! We had cake for 160 people - one 2-tier cake and the rest sheet cake. They also have a gluten free option for sheet cake for guests who might need alternatives. The design of the cake was executed perfectly as asked.

Paul and the team at Freedom did an incredible job with our wedding cake. From our first phone call, Paul was committed to bringing our vision to life. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could have a full four-tier cake with transparent layers in between each tier - working through the structure, placement, and decor with me, down to the tiniest detail. Paul really put in the time and effort to bring me into the process so I could understand the constraints and tradeoffs - and the end result was truly amazing! In addition, Paul met my entire family for a tasting, and really made us feel welcome. Finally - Paul worked directly with our venue to coordinate dropoff and setup, which meant I could be completely in the moment on our wedding day. I’m so grateful that I met Paul, and I recommend Freedom to anyone looking for an incredible baker and partner for their event!

Delicious & beautiful wedding cake
From the time we first contacted Freedom Bakery to our wedding day, they were extremely professional, responsive via email and phone, and overall easy to work with. We picked up their tasting plates from their Monterey location which was straightforward and was a lot of fun to try 12 different flavors! We chose the Boston cream flavor for our 2-tier cake with white and blue silk flowers. Not only was the cake delicious and a huge hit with our guests, but the team nailed the look we were going for based on the inspo pics we provided. They delivered the cake to our downtown Carmel venue which was seamless as well. I highly recommend this bakery and we hope to get future cakes from here as well!

The Perfect Wedding Cake
Freedom Bakery was fantastic to work with for our wedding! They executed our vision perfectly. Not only was the cake beautiful but it was so delicious. We kept hearing compliments throughout the evening.
I'm lactose intolerant, I really appreciated that they accommodated the bottom layer of the cake, so it was dairy free. It was so tasty that no one even noticed the difference.
From the initial meeting with Paul and working with Tania along the way, the Freedom Bakery team was communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with them for any event or even visiting if you're craving a sweet dessert in the area. Thank you so much for making our wedding cake dreams come true!

Freedom Bakery has an excellent team to work with and they make planning your wedding cake a seamless experience! Tania had amazing response time and was very professional during all interactions. Creative and Delicious Cakes!
We were so glad that we went with Freedom Bakery for our wedding event this past November. They did an outstanding job with both the bride and grooms cake. We hired Freedom Bakery to make out wedding cake and couldn't be happier with the service we received!! Despite the fact that we were planning our wedding from out of state, communication with Tania and her team was super easy. We sent photos of the look we wanted to achieve, and they did an outstanding job capturing what we were after! We ordered the three-tier (10" + 8" + 6") Raspberry Preserve & Italian Lemon Mousse cake with buttercream frosting and it was DIVINE! We received so many compliments on the cake! Since we were working on a limited budget, we also appreciated that we could pick up the cake ourselves for a discounted price. Highly recommend!!

What a great cake!
Freedom Bakery made us the perfect wedding cake. Our wedding was themed for the California Coast and we wanted the cake to both be a delicious wedding cake and also mimic a lighthouse. The team at freedom bakery took our idea, helped us refine it, and built the perfect cake at our budget. The tasting plate was a great way for us to select the right flavor. It was very difficult to pick among the multiple excellent flavors, but we ultimately selected Boston Cream and it was just perfect!

We were thrilled to find Freedom Bakery after a frustrating search in the Monterey area for an affordable, professional solution. The tasting experience was seamless: we picked up a cake tasting tray at their Watsonville location and tasted in the comfort of our own home. Once we decided on our cake flavors and styles, Tania helped craft our vision into reality, all via email. I was impressed by Tania's responsiveness (I always heard back in less than 24 hours), and patience at my many questions. Freedom Bakery delivered our cake on time to the venue (I LOVED not having to worry about cake pickup or transportation), and even worked with our florist to add fresh flowers into the design. Our guests raved about how delicious the cake was (we didn't have nearly enough leftovers as I would have liked). I would recommend Freedom Bakery to any wedding in the Monterey area!

Freedom Bakery made the whole process easy, from their sample tray to picking up the cake on the day of the wedding. The sample cake flavors we tried were by far the most delicious of any bakery in the area! We picked salted caramel and raspberry amaretto. Freedom Bakery helped us estimate the amount of cake we would need and then created our cake exactly as specified without any issues. They packed it carefully to make sure we could get it to the venue easily. All of our guests agreed that it was one of the best wedding cakes they've ever eaten. My only regret is not saving any of the cake because I would love to eat another slice right now!

Best Cakes!
First off, my family has been using Freedom Bakery for over 30 years. This is our go to place for any special occasion, thus of course they had to be a part of our wedding.
We did a take home cake tasking plate and all the flavors were delicious. My husband had his favorites (raspberry) and I can mine (caramel), but we both decided on the oreo filling which surprised both of us.
Once we found a photo of a cake design that we wanted, it was very easy to send them that photo and change the colors of it to out wedding colors. We got a discount on the cake for having a family member pick it up ourselves. The process was really easy and as far as wedding planning goes, it may have been the easiest part of the entire wedding planning process.
We also were able to order the same cake for our 2 month anniversary (as there were no left overs) and it was just as special and delicious. Planning to order again for our 1 year anniversary.

Wonderful Wedding Cake!
We purchased an all-inclusive wedding package through our venue, and Freedom Bakery was our wedding cake vendor that was included! We were blown away by the number of flavor options, and how excellent they tasted! We went with half lemon raspberry and half boston cream pie. Both flavors were a huge hit and the cake looked and tasted just as great as it did during our tasting. We would not recommend anyone else for a wedding cake!

Most Exquisite Wedding Cake
Freedom Bakery did such an amazing job on our cake, it was absolutely exquisite! We are from out of town, but Paul did such a great job of coordinating and working with us on every little detail, he is very knowledgeable and made sure everything worked smoothly. We had a phone call with him as well as many many emails, and he really answered all our questions. We were picking up the cake and driving it through windy hills to get to our venue, but he made sure everything was packed very well, with ice sheets and non-slide sheets, and the cake was fine. We wanted a very specific pillar cake, and gave him a reference picture, and he delivered above our expectations. So many of our guests let us know how sublime they thought the cake looked. Very much recommend Freedom Bakery!

Freedom Bakery was our Venue's preferred bakery. With this, we lucked out; It made our decision easy. What we did expect however, was how amazing this vendor would be from start to finish. They were SO easy to work with! I shared my vision and they made it come to life even better than I had imagined! They set it up beautifully too! The cake was STUNNING! Such a showstopper! The cascading sugar orchids on the cake were absolutely gorgeous!
Not only did our cake look exquisite, it was incredibly delicious! We had two flavors: 1. Red velvet with white chocolate cream cheese filling and 2. White cake with chocolate ganache and mousse. Both were spectacular! Our guests raved that it was the best cake they had ever tasted. We had a lot extra so we had the hotel box it up for guests to take as they left. It disappeared quickly! We could not have been any happier with our cake. We did not save the topper, but plan on heading back on our year anniversary to get a fresh cake or slices in our wedding flavors. When A Wedding Planner Gets Married...
I've been planning weddings for fifteen years and have worked with Freedom Bakery for most of those years. They've always been great to my clients and so I knew I wanted to work with them for our own wedding. My husband and I didn't always agree on wedding items. He was a bit apathetic on most things...but not the cake. All he knew of wedding cakes was that they weren't ever anything memorable and he didn't understand why we needed one (insert *eye roll*). But me, being a planner, told him he at least had to try some cakes and then make the decision. Well, we got Freedom's tasting sample and had a blind test in which we both voted for our favorites. They ALL were so good but amazingly enough we both voted for the same one (raspberry preserve and amaretto mousse). I converted him! Okay, Freedom really did but I took it for a win! In terms of design, I wanted simple but with a little something extra. I found a photo of a cake with edible glitter on it and I have to say, the execution was perfect. It was simple, elegant and just the right amount of "extra". All of our guests LOVED the cake and to this day, comment on how good it was. I can't wait for our one year anniversary so we can order a small cake to share. Thank you so much for being so amazing!

The best wedding cake, ever
veryone at Freedom Bakery is a joy to work with. From the first tasting to our final wedding cake and desserts, Freedom Bakery went above and beyond to provide us with the highest level of quality and service. We chose to have both a wedding cake and cookies served at our wedding and countless guests commented on the fact that the Mango/Coconut cream flavored cake was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. The cookies were such a hit that instead of having 10-15 extras we were short several. Everything Freedom Bakery makes is outstanding. I can not recommend them enough.

Best Wedding Bakery
Our experience working with Freedom Bakery couldn't have been easier or more enjoyable.
First, we gave the time and day we would be free to pick up samples, and they had them ready and waiting for us to grab and go. This allowed us to sample the cakes in the comfort of our own home and on our own schedule. This ended up being a huge bonus, since some of our friends were over and we got to share the cake tasting process with a couple also planning their wedding, as well as get their (a third party's) honest feedback!
Second, the cakes were.... INCREDIBLE. Every last flavor was amazing. We had such a hard time picking just the three we did simply because they were all so freaking good.
Third, and finally, while I was in my own world day of the wedding, I heard after-the-fact that the cake arrived with zero problems, snafus, issues... nothing. Apparently it was the smoothest, easiest cake delivery process. It also looked gorgeous and tasted exactly how we remembered and hoped.
I've recommended Freedom to everyone I know, including my own brother. Do yourself a favor and hire them. They really are the best.

Freedom Bakery was amazing to work with right from the cake tasting all the way through to the delivery of our cake at our reception location. Absolutely Amazing
Freedom Bakery did an amazing job with my wedding cake and the surprise duck hunting groomsmen cake! They transformed my cake dreams into two beautiful cakes that I couldn't be more happy with. Loved Our Cake
After our tasting at Freedom Bakery we knew we found our cake! Nina was super responsive and made the cake tasting/ordering process very easy, timely, and enjoyable. There were lots of flavors to pick from and I would have been happy with any of them. Even my fiancé who is not a cake fan found a cake he like and would even have seconds of! After some debate, we went with a layer of Oreo Cookies & Cream for me and one of lemon raspberry for my fiancé. They were also very accommodating and made a gluten free desert for our friend who has celiac disease. We loved our cake and so did our guests! Would definitely recommend! Excellent communication! The staff was very easy to work with. They met with my parents, mother-in-law, fiancé and myself to do a cake tasting. Everything was so yummy! We ended up selecting the Boston Cream flavor. It was a hit at our wedding! The details were exactly what I pictured. I wanted flowers on the cake, and that was executed perfectly by our florist. The cake was delivered on time. It was the perfect addition to our wedding. I recommend the bakery!

We met with Freedom for a tasting and every single flavor was amazing! They have a ton of beautiful designs to choose from as well as lots of different dessert options if you want a dessert table. We went with Freedom Bakery for our wedding cake and desserts and could not be happier! The cake we had was not only beautiful but tasted amazing. We are from out of state so when visiting for other wedding related tasks,we contacted Freedom Bakery to see if they were available that week to possibly talk and they fit us in for a tasting that afternoon! We went with a raspberry amaretto cake with buttercream frosting and everyone adored it, and they offered a wide range of varieties for style of cake. Later on we decided to incorporate a cookie table to the reception for dessert and they were able to provide many different types of shortbread cookies with no problem! We didn't want anything too fancy, anything fondant, or anything too sweet. Freedom crushed it. They were on time with delivery, put on our own provided cake topper for us, and left a box so that transfer home was easy. They were reasonably priced as well, so I fully recommend them!

Best cake ever!! Friends at the wedding who do not usually care for cake were asking for more. They made up a sample plate for us to pick up and take to the wedding couple since they were out of town so that they could make their decision.
They decided on Design W 0675 | Butter Cream Wedding Cake with Raspberry/Lemon filling | 10"+8"+6" | Serves 75 | Horizontal stripe textured buttercream| (Total cost would be $480. $430 for the cake and $50 for delivery & basic set up) and we added live flowers at venue. My husband and I got married on August 12, 2017. We got married at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Freedom Bakery was the preferred bakery.
Before planning on getting married in Monterey, we tasted with another bakery. It costs us too much money to taste wedding cakes. However, Freedom Bakery's cake tasting was free. This was the best! We were able to pick up the cake tasting while we were staying in Monterey. Come on, a platter full of slices of cake, Amazing! We chose a two tier cake with the bottom cake everyone could enjoy and the top tier we enjoyed ourselves.
We loved the cake so much! We are going to get our cake for our one year anniversary as well. Attached are some photos of our cake!

We used Freedom Bakery for our wedding cake. The whole process from start to finish (tasting to delivery) was flawless and easy! It was the most amazing wedding cake ever! We read online that you should only order cake for 75% of your guests because most people won't eat it, but we'd already ordered for the full 150. So we got a bunch of boxes so people could take a piece home if they wanted. NONE of those boxes were used. That entire cake was eaten. Everyone raved about it and everyone told us how amazingly delicious it was. The owner of the venue also said that when they were scraping the plates they noticed how clean the cake plates were from people licking the plate clean!

My husband and I both love Paul! He provided a cake and dessert bar for our March 11 wedding at Holman Ranch. He spent over an hour with us in our consultation, letting us taste all of his yummy treats and giving us excellent and thorough advice. He is really passionate about cake and desserts and has a ton of knowledge. He is also super friendly and not at all pushy. We thought it was really cool that he asked us what flavors we liked and made up a new dessert shot incorporating the coffee flavor we both love. He also has unique options for cake filling--we went with cookies and cream and loved it! All of our guests were raving about how delicious everything was. In addition, Paul was really quick responding to any questions we had and he has a convenient online payment system. He worked really well with our caterer and her staff to keep the dessert bar replenished throughout the entire event. We highly recommend him to anyone for any event!

We had the BEST experience with Freedom Bakery. We're from San Francisco, so getting down to Monterey/Carmel is about a 2+ hour drive for us. Freedom made it so easy for us to do our tasting. They allowed us to pick up 9 - yes, 9 - cake samples to taste at our leisure. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Not only was the cake stunningly beautiful - it tasted AMAZING, too! I never had to worry about anything, especially on the day of my wedding! I started hearing from family members that "the cake is here", which was music to my ears!

Such a great place! The owner was very welcoming. The cakes are to die for! We just had our cake topper for our one year anniversary and it tasted just as good as it did at the wedding! The cake looked exactly how we wanted. It was simple and elegant. If I ever need to order a cake for an event in the future I will go to them!

We came in for a tasting and loved that they had everything ready for us. He was so accommodating and able to really style a cake to fit our budget and style. We ended up with a 3 tier cake plus sheets for 175 people with 2 flavors. The Boston cream pie flavor was godly. So happy we went with them.

We used them for our wedding cake and they were great! Paul walked us through the tasting where every flavor was more delicious then the next. It was so difficult to choose only two flavors! The final design of the cake on our wedding night was gorgeous! Thank you Paul!

Freedom Bakery, and Paul were amazing to work with! We did our tasting with Paul at the Watsonville location about 6 months before our wedding, and he was beyond helpful. He went through all of our different options, and was very easy to communicate with in the months between our tasting and wedding day. Paul delivered a beautiful AND delicious wedding cake-and many of our guests complimented us on both flavors! Paul even offered to recreate our cake if we make a future trip out there/for an anniversary (something we will definitely take him up on) as the cake was DELICIOUS!

Freedom Bakery did our wedding cake, an ice cream groom's cake, and a beautiful dessert bar at Gardener Ranch. Paul was so easy to work with. He really listened to what we wanted, which was not yet that specific, and offered great suggestions to make our ideas into exactly what we wanted and within budget. Everything turned out beautifully (and delicious) and we received many compliments from our guests. I even managed to eat two pieces of our wedding cake, and my husband LOVED his special groom's cake! We could not have been happier with Freedom Bakery and would recommend them hands down.

We loved our cake! We had a special request to match our wedding theme--a Sand Castle!! It turned out great. Paul was great with working with us on the design and he did an excellent job. We look forward to having the rest of our cake on our 1 year anniversary.

We visited 4 bakeries for our wedding cake and desserts. In my opinion, no other bakery came close to providing what Paul at Freedom Bakery did. The "Can do!" attitude was so refreshing. Paul made a custom filling for 2 tiers of our cake in addition to other custom desserts. Everything was wonderful, fresh, delicious, and beautiful! The quality and service is unsurpassed.
Paul pays attention to every detail, not only with the flavor and quality, but from the details and design to placement and photo ops, and his prices are very reasonable.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We selected Freedom Bakery for our wedding cake. We had a couple options in mind but after having a cake tasting with Paul, we cancelled all of our other appointments for tastings! The cakes are beautiful and delicious! Paul was so helpful and made the process easy and fun.

Freedom bakery did a wonderful job with our cake - they were one of our favorite vendors to work with. Paul was thoughtful and thorough with everything he did. A lot of weddings I have been to have beautiful cakes but often taste bland and dry. Paul's cakes are delicious - he has an assortment of flavors to choose from - we went with 2 flavors - the pistachio lemon and the raspberry filling. All of our guests were very impressed with the presentation and the taste (very moist). We wanted something a bit non-traditional - we had individual Swedish princess cakes (dome cakes with marzipan on the outside - I highly recommend) instead of one large wedding cake. Paul has mainly worked with fondant (as most places do these days), but was happy to try out our ideas and give us a second personalized taste session months ahead of time that catered to the specifics of what we wanted. Freedom bakery set it up beautifully and coordinated with our florist (to decorate the cake table) and hotel to make sure the delivery and setup went smoothly. Paul is a true professional and you can tell he is really passionate about what he does. We will be providing photos once we receive them from our photographer. Thank you!

Beautiful Design! Delicious Cake Creations! Professional Delivery!
One of the best parts of getting married is of course the cake tasting. We love this bakery. They set up a private tasting for us which included cupcake tasting and cake tastings. They provided full scale models of wedding cakes which helped us tremendously in making the final decision on cake design. Our baker was willing to create any design we wanted and paid attention to every detail.
We loved so many of the flavors that they offer and what is great is that you don't have to choose just one, you can mix and match each tier!!
The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is transportation of your cake. This baker had us send our cake topper directly to them and they took care of delivery and set up!
Set up a tasting today, you will not be disappointed!

We are so grateful to Freedom Bakery for such a beautiful wedding cake! We and all of our guests loved it! It was exactly the cake we dreamed of, both in design and taste! We found a picture online we loved, and Freedom Bakery re-created it perfectly. The cake was moist and the frosting delicious. We can't wait to enjoy our cake topper next year!

Freedom Bakery provided an absolutely delicious cake and cupcake bar for our wedding. The wedding cake was a hazelnut ganache and my mouth still waters thinking about it -- so tasty! We wanted a simple design and had our florist decorate the cake and cupcake bar with succulents and flowers, the whole display was beautiful and everything I envisioned! We would definitely recommend Freedom for any of your dessert needs!

I loved working with Freedom Bakery! They were easy to work with, accommodating, very helpful, and executed what I wanted perfectly.
We chose The Santa Cruz (white cake with mango mousse), with buttercream icing. The cake itself was soft, moist, not to sweet, and refreshing. The icing was soft and creamy, not too rich, and very smooth. And it looked amazing!!!!!!!
Also, the price was really surprising, very affordable, especially considering the high quality of the product! I recommend Freedom Bakery to no end! LOVED IT!!!!!!

The cakes for my wedding were phenomenal. My husband and I met with Paul for a tasting and to also go over our ideas for the cake. We had an idea for the cakes that Paul made into a reality for us. Paul’s idea was to make the grooms cake out of rice crispies and brownies for more of a fun factor (which is definitely what we were going for with the cake design). The day of the wedding we got to see the cakes prior to our guests seeing them and we were awestruck. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but Paul nailed the design that we wanted. Now on to the flavors…oh my goodness everything was absolutely delicious. At the wedding we had two different flavors of cake, brownies, rice crispies, and three different types of ganache that our guests could drizzle over their dessert. I had so many guests going back to get more and to try everything, I even had guests taking some home for other people that couldn’t make it. Looking back on everything, I am so glad that my husband and I decided to hire Paul to make our cakes.

Freedom Bakery came highly recommended for our Monterey destination wedding, and they did not disappoint! The ordering process was simple and easy. All we had to do was send them a picture of what we wanted and they created it for us. Delivery to the reception was right on time, and the cake turned out beautiful and delicious!

After checking out multiple bakeries in the Monterey Bay area that I felt were disappointing, I had resigned myself to the fact that I just wouldn't get the wedding cake I really wanted. Then, almost as an afterthought, my wedding planner sent me to Freedom Bakery, since she had started to see a lot of brides getting their cakes from there. I met with Paul soon after, and had an absolutely phenomenal cake tasting. After trying a lot of boring and not very tasty cakes at other bakeries, I was astounded that every cake flavor I tried was better than the next at Freedom Bakery. In the end I went with a combination of mango white cake and boston cream cake, which was delicious on the day of the wedding. All my wedding guests gave great feedback about it. The way the cake was decorated was less important to me, but Paul did a wonderful job with the simple buttercream three tier-cake adorned with flowers that I requested.
Paul was so professional and really knew exactly what I was looking for. He was easy to work with and delivered a fantastic product. Book your wedding cake with Paul at Freedom Bakery with confidence!!

Freedom Bakery seemed the perfect choice for a July 4 wedding, and it was! Our naked cake was spectacular! It tasted like a delicious slice of chocolate and hazelnut heaven, and the amount of fresh fruit sent to top the slices was perfect. The cake was fantastic. I was 100% satisfied with everything. I am a huge chocolate fan and never imagined having anything but chocolate cake for my wedding. But when I tried the boston cream cake I couldn't believe how good it was and had to go with it. I had a 3 layer cake so one layer was chocolate but the boston cream was the main part. Both were delicious and the design was amazing. Paul, the cake designer was very nice and made picking out the cake an easy decision. I highly recommend Freedom Bakery for anyone looking for a great cake and great service.

This vendor is the only cake vendor that our venue allowed so booking was easy. :) We met with Paul to discuss the look of the cake and to try the various cake options (easily the most fun part of wedding planning). The cakes were all so so wonderful... we ended up picking a 'his flavor' and a 'her flavor' and both were incorporated into our cake. They even made the top tier with both flavors for our 1-year anniversary! The cake itself was gorgeous too. I had some ideas and Paul was good about lending his decorative advice... he's definitely a designer and works to make sure the different tiers all mesh well. The cake ended up so beautiful! We got a ton of compliments on it throughout the night! I actually can't wait to eat it again on our anniversary!

Freedom Bakery was the best choice for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We worked will Paul and he is very knowledgable about everything cake related! It was very easy to set up and appointment and tasting. The tasting was phenomenal, we had over 10 options of flavors to choose from. Our cake was the best, the flavor took me back to when I was a little girl. We choose the rasberry lemon. It was by far my favorite. Thank you Freedom Bakery and especially Paul for making our day wonderful!

Great company, really easy to work with. They were very flexible, and had great suggestions to compliments my ideas. They elevated my cake using a glass platter that was sitting on glass cylinders filled with water and a floating flower - it was really pretty.

Paul and Freedom Bakery & Confections were amazing. When I submitted a request for more information Paul got back to me right away and was so friendly. He was so accommodating to our schedule which was jam packed because we were only in Monterey for a day. When we showed up for the tasting Paul had all of the cakes ready, and there were quite a few, and he explained what was in each one and too notes when we said which ones we liked.
My husband and I already knew the design we wanted which we found on their website. What we didn't know was the topper had been provided by the bride and groom. Before I could have a panic attack Paul assured us that he could create the exact toppers we wanted. I knew when we left the bakery our cake was in good hands. And the price was very reasonable. It was actually less than we thought it would be and Paul actually saved us money by steering us in the right direction. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.
I never actually saw Paul the day of the wedding but our cake was amazing. We got so many compliments on not only how pretty and original it was but how good it tasted.
I cannot stress enough how amazing Paul and his bakery were. I would highly recommend them for any events and I wish we lived closer so that we could enjoy more of their amazing cakes.
