Hailing from France, owner and head pastry chef Marion Vial has traveled all over Europe, baking with her father, Jean-Bernard, gaining valuable experience. When the opportunity arose, they opened their bakery in the US, and since then, the Vial Family has continued to provide delicious French cuisine to their community in California.
