Alexis was a Godsend. She saved our wedding day countless times, and she always had such a calm, confident attitude that made us feel so comfortable even when things didn’t go as planned. When my mom and I arrived at the church and I went to put my veil on, we realized that my mom had accidentally brought my empty dress bag instead of my veil. It could have been a disaster, but we called Alexis and she said, “No problem! I’m close to the venue, so I’ll just go grab it and be over soon!” She got to the church with the veil with plenty of time to spare, and even just the way she communicated with us while we were figuring that out calmed my nerves and let me focus on the vows I was about to say instead of my veil. Then when our party bus was an hour late and we had to completely readjust our plans for some of our pictures, she rearranged everything at the reception venue for us so that our backup plan with all of the props we had arranged for was fully ready when we arrived. Plus she saved me by bringing floss to us during dinner when I had something green stuck in my teeth. She kept track of all of the things we brought with us, made setup and tear down smooth while keeping the venue looking beautiful, and just held everything together and tied up all of the loose ends that we didn’t even know needed tying. And despite us giving her a lot to keep track of, she was always quick to answer texts or calls from any of us. Our wedding party and family couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was, and we fully agree! Book Alexis now!! She is an invaluable resource, and I truly cannot imagine the wedding day being as perfect as it was without her. It was also so great just knowing that she had the skill set to fix all kinds of other problems—she can sew, knows all about the catering industry and dinner service, and has had a foot in most parts of the wedding industry, so she can anticipate problems before they happen. We needed her, and you will too!

The absolute BEST. Alexis coordinated our fall 2023 wedding, and hiring her is probably the best planning decision we made. Our day felt so incredibly present, stress free, easy going, beautiful and organized. As bride and groom we didn’t think about anything else other than our marriage, and our friends and family were totally present and not swamped with any tasks. Alexis answered questions before we even knew we had them, and the meetings leading up to the day simplified planning for us. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Words cannot even begin to describe the gratitude we have for Alexis. Our day would not have been possible without her. From the first time we met with her we knew she would be essential to our day being absolutely perfect. She has so much knowledge when it comes to anything you need on your big day! She was so fun and awesome to work with and easy do talk to. Anything we needed she was right there to help! If we had any questions at all she responded right away. I was able to see my vision come to life because of her, she worked so hard and we were blown away! From set up to tear down she was there taking care of everything, she took care of all of our vendors and moving things around throughout the night as well. Alexis helped our wedding day go off without a single hitch. She was on top of everything from the moment we booked her. She has unlimited communication leading up to the wedding with was amazing as my husband and I live out of state and we are the first of our friends to get married, so we didn't know much going into it. People always say to plan for at least one big thing to go wrong on your wedding day. After taking a few days to reflect on our wedding, I can say with 100% confidence that I did not experience that.
