Words cannot even begin to describe the gratitude we have for Alexis. Our day would not have been possible without her. From the first time we met with her we knew she would be essential to our day being absolutely perfect. She has so much knowledge when it comes to anything you need on your big day! She was so fun and awesome to work with and easy do talk to. Anything we needed she was right there to help! If we had any questions at all she responded right away. I was able to see my vision come to life because of her, she worked so hard and we were blown away! From set up to tear down she was there taking care of everything, she took care of all of our vendors and moving things around throughout the night as well. We cannot stress enough, she is the absolute best and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone! -

Alexis is Amazing!
Alexis helped our wedding day go off without a single hitch. She was on top of everything from the moment we booked her. She has unlimited communication leading up to the wedding with was amazing as my husband and I live out of state and we are the first of our friends to get married, so we didn't know much going into it. She put our minds at ease with any questions we had and she is so detail-oriented that I gave her my inspiration for the venue set up and she pulled it off perfectly! It was such a relief to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day knowing someone so capable was running everything smoothly behind the scenes. Our families also loved working with her and they couldn't say enough good things. I highly recommend using Alexis! Thank you so much for making our day amazing! -

When I started planning my wedding, I wasn’t sure I needed a day of wedding coordinator. I thank my lucky stars every day I found Alexis with Rosewood Events & Weddings. She was a godsend on my wedding day. She took care of EVERYTHING and asked all the right questions. Alexis is the best wedding planner in Minnesota. She is so detailed and precise, you know everything will go perfect, and it really did. She took care of running the rehearsal, setting up decorations, tearing down decorations, coordinating the vendors and so much more that I probably didn’t even realize. Alexis covered things I didn’t even think to know or ask during our planning session. Most importantly, she listened to me and made my wedding vision come true. I can’t stress enough how amazing Alexis did as our day-of wedding coordinator for our Minnesota wedding. -

We used Alexis for our day of coordinator and it was the best decision in the world. My dad came up to me after they were all done setting up, and said "What would we have done without her?!" She is organized, so thorough, great at communicating, hard worker, and just a great person in general! As a type-A, hands-on bride, and I felt completely comfortable handing over the reign and trusting Alexis with ensuring the day turned out wonderful. Book her for your big day ASAP :) -

I came across Rosewood Weddings on The Knot's website while looking for a coordinator and I had a tighter budget to work with. Alexis was an absolute dream to work with, she was so helpful and willing to get on the phone with me and email back and forth on any and all questions I had pertaining to our special day. We even had a last minute change in our schedule the day before our Rehearsal Dinner and Alexis was able to come by, super last minute, and help conduct our Rehearsal. She was always so professional and I knew from our first phone call that she was extremely organized and that she would be the one! I would HIGHLY advise anyone looking for a day of coordinator to go with Rosewood Weddings. Our day would not have gone as smooth if we didn't have Alexis there. Thank you so much Alexis! -

Alexis was a Godsend. She saved our wedding day countless times, and she always had such a calm, confident attitude that made us feel so comfortable even when things didn’t go as planned. When my mom and I arrived at the church and I went to put my veil on, we realized that my mom had accidentally brought my empty dress bag instead of my veil. It could have been a disaster, but we called Alexis and she said, “No problem! I’m close to the venue, so I’ll just go grab it and be over soon!” She got to the church with the veil with plenty of time to spare, and even just the way she communicated with us while we were figuring that out calmed my nerves and let me focus on the vows I was about to say instead of my veil. Then when our party bus was an hour late and we had to completely readjust our plans for some of our pictures, she rearranged everything at the reception venue for us so that our backup plan with all of the props we had arranged for was fully ready when we arrived. Plus she saved me by bringing floss to us during dinner when I had something green stuck in my teeth. She kept track of all of the things we brought with us, made setup and tear down smooth while keeping the venue looking beautiful, and just held everything together and tied up all of the loose ends that we didn’t even know needed tying. And despite us giving her a lot to keep track of, she was always quick to answer texts or calls from any of us. Our wedding party and family couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was, and we fully agree! Book Alexis now!! She is an invaluable resource, and I truly cannot imagine the wedding day being as perfect as it was without her. It was also so great just knowing that she had the skill set to fix all kinds of other problems—she can sew, knows all about the catering industry and dinner service, and has had a foot in most parts of the wedding industry, so she can anticipate problems before they happen. We needed her, and you will too!
