Rachel was fantastic! We hired her for "month of" wedding planning (but she actually got in touch early and gave us an extra week). I cannot recommend her or her company more highly. She answered every single email in a very timely (some times all most super human) manner. It can be nerve wracking to work on a wedding for a year and then hand everything off to a stranger. Rachel made me feel like I was handing things off to myself. Absolutely everything was taken care of, and taken care of with excellence.
I had been concerned about things I wouldn't know to do- after all, I don't have a wedding every day. Rachel found all the little gaps and filled them. She asked thoughtful and helpful questions and was an excellent problem solver.
From the beginning she understood the type of wedding my husband and I wanted and she worked hard to make sure our ideas came to fruition.
One of my main concerns was that I did not want to be rushing around on my wedding day trying to solve problems. She had everything completely in hand. Days after our wedding I found out about several small "emergencies" that she just took care of without ever stressing me, my family, or my bridal party out.
Even my bridesmaids LOVED her. They were grateful for her detailed itinerary. And very grateful that they didn't get stuck with the grunt work of the day. They even tried to pressure Rachel into staying for the after party- this was from a bridesmaid who recently went to a wedding and was HORRIFIED when the wedding planner came to the after party. That's how wonderful Rachel was. I wish I could hire her to just handle every day life. Her services made me feel like I was the most luxurious bride who ever lived. Thank you Rachel!

I am not someone who has planned my wedding from a young age--in fact, I was intimidated and daunted by the whole process when my fiancee proposed! The last feeling you want to experience while preparing to marry your best friend is dread! Although I had never considered a wedding planner before, I stumbled across Rockstar Event Planning when venue searching and met Rachel. Let me begin by saying that I called her simply to ask about a picture I saw on her site--and she offered me a list of venues I might like along with information about each. This is WITHOUT EVEN BEING HIRED. I was sold from that moment on. I was engaged for 20 months and Rachel helped me find my DJ, florist, photographer, caterer...and finally, my sanity! She emailed back and forth with me and my mother (which was often quite a task) endlessly, and remained kind, patient, friendly, interested, and highly personable throughout the entire process. She offered ideas and opinions when asked, and embraced my vision when I felt strongly about something. Everything was punctual and flawlessly executed. She found me bargains and negotiated rates at every turn. My wedding was a few days ago and the flow of compliments and kudos from guests has been nonstop. I had a beautiful day that went so smoothly I can hardly believe it. All my fears were alleviated and I simply enjoyed myself! Rachel was behind the scenes making it all work out exactly the way I pictured it in my dreams. To anyone looking for a great deal in every sense of the phrase, Rockstar Event Planning is it!

Simple words cannot fully express the professionalism and overall care Rachel took with every aspect of my daughters wedding. From the moment we met with Rachel, we knew we were in great hands and felt like we were her only clients. We could never have had the event we did without her help and guidance. The vision that was conveyed to her in words, was easily brought to life with a smile and passion for making the event run smooth and hassle free. I would not hesitate for one moment recommending her to anyone for whatever event they may need help with. Even one of our guests commented..."She's like the angel of party prep and execution"...we couldn't have said it better ourselves!!!! I would have not been able to pull this wedding off without Rachel! She is amazing.She is super down to earth and totally the kind of person you would want around you whether you were planning a wedding or not. My venue did not provide any services as far as set up, checking in orders, etc. I hired her as my month of/day of planner...which came right on time, when all the planning was about to get over my head. She tied together all loose ends, made awesome recommendations(great taste), and completely turned my wedding into everything I wanted it to be. Her and her team kept everything going smoothly, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times(and considering most of my wedding party started on the booze early was no easy task). She even left us some snacks in our hotel room, along with bringing all the gifts and personal belongings at the end of the night. I was one stress free bride! Love her.

Rachel from Rockstar was amazing to work with. She really knows the area and was able to easily translate our wedding vibe to help us find the perfect venue. She was responsive and professional, following up all the way until the week if the wedding (even though we only hires her to help with the venue search). I would definitely recommend Rockstar and hope to work with them again in the future!

Rachel Pintarelli did a FANTASTIC job as my wedding planner. She went above and beyond and really listened to everything I said and was a pleasure to work with. Rachel was attentive to my needs and was completely on top of her game in every way. Whenever I emailed her or sent her a text she replied immediately. She took the STRESS out of my hands and for that I will be forever grateful. Rachel really seemed to get what our vision was, and did an amazing job setting up our reception room. My wedding day was perfect in every way (except for RAIN but Rachel even made me feel better about that). I cannot recommend Rachel enough. She is AMAZING!!!
